The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.

No frills, just works great and easy integration with quickbooks.

The app is great and good value for the money.

Very easy setup, intuitive, and user-friendly. Mapping of accounts is seamless.

Both with the software and customer support. I consider myself an advanced user, and when I ran into an issue this morning, Lizzie helped me solve the issue quickly over chat.

While the initial setup was difficult, Vita really took the time to help me figure out a clever ways to sync my refunds the way that I wanted to. Now I am expecting it to be a breeze.

The software works great, saves me lots of time with completing the sales reconciliations for my clients e-commerce sales deposits (Shopify).

Overall, so far, it has been really positive. I like that it is easy to use and updates QB instantly so I can see the sales going in and also have visibility of fees etc.

Amazing facility to import Stripe into Quickbooks.

The automated transaction matching and integration with QuickBooks Online save a whole lot of time.

There is no french service available at this time.

Overall experience with Synder has been great. I would recommend this product to anyone using Quickbooks Online and selling products with Shopify or other supported platforms.

The limited transactions can be annoying if you're just over the 100 transactions a month mark.

He walked me through the use of the app and was extremely patient and enthusiastic about sharing the features with me. I am excited to use the app to make my bookkeeping much more efficient.

Having the set up to report your taxes for tax purposes is very important to me. This app has all the features that a small business owner needs.
