Rydoo Expense is an expense reporting solution designed to automate the expense management process and it suitable for businesses of all sizes, including independent contractors. It allows users to scan and digitize receipts using a mobile app or a webcam, and Rydoo Expense then scans and extracts receipt data.

Once a receipt is uploaded, users can add additional notes to the files as well as manage time, mileage, and advances. Users can also generate expense or reimbursement reports that can be exported in a variety of formats such as PDF or CSV, or integrated directly into the company's existing accounting system.

Rydoo Expense integrates with other accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) packages including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Xero, Quickbooks and Sage.

Amazing organization tools for trips

Pros

Rydoo offers great tools for small and medium businesses that are in constant business trips, giving them the opportunity to access them without waiting and at low cost; simply a potential time manager. Allowing the user to know the costs invested in each trip without tedious rows.

Cons

My only complaint is that the mobile application does not have all the information I need to know, even so, this has not caused me a big problem, and its customer service rewards it.

Pros

I travel extensively for my work and have a budget allocated for each of my visits. I find it time consuming to type all my expenses on a spreadsheet and was looking for a better alternative. I decided to search for a software that can help me reduce these steps. I found Rydo and this has minimized the amount of work in compiling my expenses. First of all, I take photos of all my paper receipts and gather the electronic ones, then I just upload them all at once. Keeps things simple and makes you work smarter. The best part, is that this software computes the different currencies and simplifies my job. It manages my reimbursements in a timely manner. I am secured that my travel expenses are in good hands.

Cons

My only concern is sometimes the software tends to lag and takes slower than usual. This is a pet peeve especially when you have multiple receipts. I hope they fix this problem.
