I tested out the demo, I really like the native email client. Seems like a big improvement over outlook plug ins other services use.

The integrated accounting solution is excellent, including the ability to write checks directly from Zola.

Zola Suite has been super easy to use. Although they provided an onboarding specialist to walk me through the product, I didn't need the help.

There isn't much to say in terms of negative content that I personally have experienced.

The problem is severe - I cannot have emails piling up in my Inbox forever - and forces me to get rid of the program even though I prepaid for three annual licenses.

My only complaint is it's Outlook folder rearranging, but I expect they'll be reevaluating this soon.

A great legal management product for law office with awesome customer support.

When I moved to solo practice I knew I would need a solid and easy to use practice management system and Zola has been a perfect fit for my needs.

I've used other practice management software at other firms and this has provided the best experience and most features.

I do feel like it is helping us capture a higher percentage of our billable work than we did in the past. Most of the reporting functionality is really great.

First and foremost, being able to access the software via a web-based login is extremely useful, especially when so many of us are working from home. Time entry is straightforward and easy.

Super easy to use, straight forward pricing, lots of great functions that are actually useful. I would recommend to any practitioner.

Also, sometimes there is a lag in the email integration functions so replying to or saving an email takes longer than it should.

The Zola Suite team was amazing at holding my hand through the process and making sure that we were satisfied with everything.

Ease of orientation and use for major operational tasks such as matter maintenance, time and billing.

My experience has been great. From the onboarding process to the help center, Zola has been super helpful.

I use a lot of fields and create a lot of merge forms so having the ability to insert the field data quickly and easily is a big plus).

Another is the email integration with R-Post, providing the ability to send encrypted, registered email that provides proof of delivery and receipt. Litigators will love that capability.

Sometimes there is a delay between an email being received in my inbox and showing in Zola. Email glitches happen with some regularity.

The best part about Zola is the customer support.

Customer support has been extremely responsive and helpful. Integration with Quickbooks Online is really nice.

The billing and expenses aspects of Zola is very user friendly.

Billing is quick and easy, as is jumping to various matters. The calendar syncs to other calendar apps, making scheduling accurate.

I have always had great customer support whenever calling Zola, and I called a lot at the beginning of the software implementation.

Emailing has limits in that there is no delivery/read receipt.

Further customer support is amazing. They promptly answer every single question and concern.

Having the ability to do not just case management and billing, but complete firm accounting/reconciliation is a godsend.

I love many features from Zola suite. Matter section is perfect.

What I most liked about the software was the ease of use and the great training that came along with the software.

The integrated CRM in the Enterprise Plus tier is fantastic - no need to have an outside CRM that may or may not fully integrate with your CMS.

AccuFund's support is exceptional and usually replies within 24 hours. The separate modules integrate with each other and are easily customized to the city's needs.

Once the software is installed and you get training on the modules. It becomes more user friendly.

The ease of use and the robust customization to what is needed for your organization.

I am very happy with our transition to AF after working in QB for over 30 years. The software fits our needs and I wish more United Ways could afford it.

My favorite feature is the ability to scan your own images on every type of entry, and the ability to create detailed organization accounts.

Filling in the time card is way more difficult than it needs to be.

The standard features of each of the modules provide a good framework for effective and efficient processing of transactions.

Very unforgiving of errors and not amenable to certain transactions. For instance, invoice cancellation does not release the receiving.

PPWI's positive experience with AccuFund also includes positive experience with their product support and customer service.

Their product support provided the needed organization and product expertise for a successful implementation. Their customer service always responds with 60 minutes and mostly within 30 minutes.

There are so many things that I love about this software program, the A/P module, the A/R module, the Payroll module, Loan tracking, the Requisition and Purchase Order system.

We have the accounting, purchasing, budget and fixed asset modules.

I am very happy with our decision to move to AccuFund. It is specific to non-profit accounting, and the company adheres to a continuous improvement philosophy.

Integration with Zoho and Expensify are seamless. Transition from QuickBooks was easy and the transition team is easy to work with.

Basic user interfaces which can be less have user interactions and too much features will caused to user to difficult to work and handle.

Please look at other accounting software and compare cost, functionality and support services.

It's not easy to fix your mistakes, your books you got it with the program not enough at all to understand the program, the service too expenses.
