Postalytics has a decent user interface and is pretty intuitive. The support team is very helpful and always available to hop on a call.

I find that the internal design editor is difficult to work with.

Many times, we do not collect mailing addresses from our prospects. It’s just not something that they are willing to divulge due to unwanted spamming.

The simplicity and cost were what attracted us to postalytics and the reliability is what keeps us coming back.

My manager got angry with them because they sent out the postcards first class without our permission.

Setup is a bit confusing & reporting is minimal.

I needed a way to include direct mail in my warm prospecting strategy and this solved the problem. I didnt need a big budget and the tool is very user friendly.

The lack of customization and available types of mailing makes it very difficult to use for promotions.

I have had some trouble with some of the clients integrating the tracking code into their website or needing a website to use that function which sometimes is an extra step.

For now we are manually importing contact lists because there is no direct interface between Postalytics and the CRM we use.

It integrates with our CRM, HubSpot and you can trigger printed postcards via a workflow which is super helpful.

The features , specifically tracking  for deliveries or who opened and clicked are key and useful  features.

If you are not a print designer or knowledgeable about setting up art files in addition to dealing with mailing lists and having them set up correctly, you may struggle to learn the tool.

We still continue to dream up was to use Postalytics with our communications, but it seems like this works better (for us at least) with required or plain types of communications.

We experimented with a few different campaigns and enjoyed watching the return.

You can change your target audience, design, CTA, etc all with a simple click. Makes it so much easier to send drip campaigns and increase their success.

I love Postalytics' integration with Hubspot and the ability to send mailers based on workflow triggers. This helps us use multiple channels at the appropriate times to engage with our customers.

I like the simplicity it provides for sending Direct Mail. The template editor and builder allow me to quickly build, proof and test my campaigns.

It's very user friendly and the team there could not have been more helpful and responsive.

I like that you use it's functions in a simple or complex way, depending on your needs.

The software gives errors when I try to sort and I have to close and reopen on almost every list I sort. This is annoying because we sort a lot of lists daily.

It has all of the options I need to regularly process mailings with ease, and the customer service is fantastic.

I'm able to bring my data in, make edits and perform functions with its powerful foxpro engine. When I'm done editing the sorting is easy and the options are common sense.

Sometimes the updates have had issues that cause errors in the presort.

If you need help building a command support can do it for you.

Out of the box it worked great, but the value for us has increased dramatically as we've been able to customize the software around our workflow.

Ease of use and how available their support team is when needed. We like the emailed updates and downloads instead of waiting for them to be mailed by the post office.

We do like how much value we get for our money. Compared to other solutions, like BCC's Mail Manager.

It has an excellent simplified address engine/database.

Some of the error messages are misleading or too technical. Hard for the average person to understand.

The updates are large and annoying to install.
