It's a comprehensive database that helps me wrote reports to funders. It allows me to customize the data I collect and easily make changes as needed.

Also, customer service has been amazing. I spent some time on a conference call with the reps and we were able to get through all my questions.

The customization options and user interface are two of my favorite things about Kintone. The ability to allow permissions at various levels and create spaces supports multi-program needs.

When a use case requires someone to access an extremely limited amount of information, it's difficult to justify the cost of those additional licenses.

This software easily integrates excel spreadsheets and no code apps. This has allowed our organization the ability to streamline work flow & processes.

The price cannot be beaten. We switched over from Quickbase, which was much more expensive and less intuitive.

Their quote for getting more out of the software was reasonable. The pricing is great and allows non-enterprise users to access their platform.

ReTool is incredibly slow. I have to open two windows at a time when using it because I end up wasting a lot of time just trying to navigate through one.

It is easy to pull out the date and to find through the multiple sections all the needed information with easy use.

Fast, accurate when it comes to results, and easy to use it doesn't have this complexity to use in pulling the data. The integration is great as it syncs all the data for our company.

I think the pricing is a little bit okay for a single user in a month and it also has a free trial. Good for training in person and online and can connect to any data sources with it's API.
