The split between the community edition and the docker entreprise is confusing.

It's so easy to use, makes it so easy to deploy and, with the growing ecosystem of service offered around it, will enable entirely new tech-stacks that will save businesses a lot of time and money.

It comes with such a good documentation and 100% open source. It works on almost every platform and very helpful in matching development and production environment.

It's really easy to get familiar with it and once you start building your own images and containers it will give you a lot of fun.

Docker is very helpful to build pipelines, easy to set up, integrate and reliable. Docker contains a large number of pre-built images including Nginx, MySQL, NodeJs, etc.

Container solves library/dll hell - that means that you may have two application that require incompatible libs running on the same computer without any problems.

Awesome container based virtualization, even better with Kubernetes, allows for endless CI/CD.

It's realy easy to learn how to use it (has great documentation and community) and how to create your own container images.

Docker is an amazing product, but it does have a learning curve.

I love the ease of use with docker, we manage our dev container instance with docker, and it has been seemless when switching to this.

With all these features I would like to say docker is a game changer. I would like to recommend Docker for any developer to try out and see the benefits.

Writing dockerfiles is very straightforward and being able to add other images as layers is really useful and helpful. It's easy to spin up any docker container in matter of few seconds.

Docker is very useful for us it saves the cost upto 50%  and continous integration and new features are on time after implementing docker.

This reduces your cost and management, without docker you may be using many cloud machines and services like one for the application, DB, LB, etc, now with docker you can do it all under one machine.

To achieving continue integration it's very helpful. Managing the deployment container and images is now easy with Docker.

Debugging in the docker is pretty awesome. If you are working in web development you can test your email services etc in your local mechine.

If you have a good skills with this tool, you can integrate a CI or CD for your developments.

Unfortunately not all the applications support containers. It does not work with well if your application have lots of graphical features.

Friendly, powerful and has a strong community around it. There's a lot of material for beginners as well.

Docker is a pretty awesome engine to build, create, run containers. It is pretty fast and lightweight for what it is achieving.

Docker software consists of most sophisticated community with best stability. It is really time and money saving software.

It is very simple and easy to use for  moving the application from environment to other environment(i.e like copy and pasting).

They have a really great documentations, tutorials to get started with, and we have a docker hub where all the native images are available, like mysql, psql, ubuntu much more.

I am very excited about the Docker product and their business model. I think by being an open-source project, Docker offers great flexibility, a great community, and a great overall impact.

First of all, it's very easy to use. If you have experience on powershell or other batch scripts, you can handle docker command perfectly.

I use Notepad as my Integrated development environment for Python programming and it makes my programming easier. It helps in code completion too.

It is a free and open source, has a great number of available features, easy to edit code and support plug-ins OT be integrated.

The ability for the tags to stay intact and recognize colors/comments in the code is great. For log searching, this is invaluable.

I sometimes get lost when I open a lot of files/tabs and he opens a small arrow to manipulate the tabs. But I think it could be more flashy.

There is no preview pane, it is only available for microsoft, and it has been unstable at times. It did not offer all of the features I needed.

I am a big fan of Notepad++, this software has made my life easy. This is the best IDE that I have used which has wide range of plugins to support variety of work.

I missed that unable to collaborate with team and sometime missed features of IDE.

I like it because it is easy to use. This is especially important for those who are web designers.

I installed a few and I was satisfied with them. Luckily, there is a helpful community that created many plugins.

Notepad++ is not an IDE so while it can recognize different languages there are no error detection features or code formatting out of the box.

The biggest complaint I have is the pop-ups for version updates that can be annoying at times.

Although I do not use all of it's features, I like the fact that it is so robust and polished.

The language strings are clearly defined (the colors are super nice), and the customizable ability of literally everything (including viewpoint) is easy to implement and toggle.

It does not give the IDE to run the code in some langianges and also it does not shows  the errors and the location of the errors.

Open source and community contributions are fantastic.

Notepad++ has been amazing while working on projects within Visual Studio. The ability to simply copy and code and maintain the formatting has been a lifesaver.

I guess this is the best part, the software is 100% free. Be sure to send a nice donation the developer's way, because they really deserve it.

If you are new to coding this is the best option. It is the best for continuing coding too.

My only complain is the search, you start to search but then the popup windows goes to a integrated search box, so you lost the focus.

The possibility of comparing programming codes, as well as the Notepad ++ history are fantastic. This, for those who work with development, is an indispensable help.

In addition, I used Notepad++ to edit codes written in Java and C. So,I love how it works and integrates with such coding-related works.

Have them all for any cost is great. For XML editing it is very useful because it also recognize the beginning and end of the labels and permits to expand or contract them.

It is super lightweight, and the product is also very extendable using plugins from its community of opensource contributors.
