Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • We love the fact customer's choose which time works for them. It saves so much confusion and we have not yet had one scheduling conflict.

  • It was so easy to use. It doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use and more importantly it works with Google which brings in 95% of our customers.

  • Cons

  • The software could be a bit more intuitive in some areas; however, their customer support team makes it easy to ask questions and quickly get a response whenever I am confused (which is not often).

  • Well, I love everything about this software, but I would be much happy if they can add some money integration features to it.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, easy to keep track of appointments

  • Very easy to use. Everything I have in one place in my phone.

  • Cons

  • Missng some functions, but very minor inconvenience

  • App is easy, website can be difficult to navigate.
