It is easy to use and it integrates with the gmail calendar. It saved us sooo much time in reminders and rescheduling and time consuming contacts with clients that couldn't be reached easily.

No restrictions on fulfilling my agencies needs with the features of the software. Great relationship with the support team and help desk.

It is current the 26th of July and I lost service on the 11th of July.

Occasionally it will pick the wrong contact for the message, but those issues are rare.

My experience with Apptoto has been absolutely awesome. It has saved me money and made my job so much easier.

My biggest complaint was that when the client replied it did not edit the text of the calendar to add their response but they coded that in the last update.

This software is very easy to use, and the customer support is wonderful. I've tried other appointment reminder systems, and this one is far superior.

It has been very reliable over multiple years, and would recommend it to anyone having to manage large amounts of client appointments.

Then they can confirm or cancel their appointments which also cuts down on “no shows” which means more productivity and more profits.

Setting up the campaigns was a bit hard but nothing I couldn't figure out.

The only negative I have found is there is no in person training. You can watch live on line tutorials or webinars.

Apptoto also has a really cool feature that lets you send reminders to schedule your next appointment, ie; 6 week trim, 6 month check up, etc. You can send generic thank you’d through the app as well.

Every type of reminder is completely customization. You will not find a more feature-packed appointment reminder solution that is as affordable as Apptoto.

It took some time adjusting to the format and setting up the preferences, however now it runs in th4e background. There's very little I have to worry about.

Unfortunately, after being bitten more than once and losing customers as a result, it will make you twice shy. It also wouldn't be a big deal if they could solve the errors quickly.

Sometimes I forget to “refresh” if an appointment has been cancelled or changed and the patient gets an incorrect reminder, but it’s a minor problem, but maybe this could become automatic.

Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.

Apptoto is easy to use and easy to train. We like it because we can manage multiple calendars all in one location.

I much appreciate the partial integration with my matter management program, Clio, and the delay send texting.

They have saved me a fortune and their customer service is always there. Perfect small business or private studio or PT app.

Simple and easy to use for both myself and my customers. Whenever issues have arisen the customer service has been fantastic.

It was easy to set up and there were lots of tutorials to watch and it is very cost effective for small businesses like me.

Gymcatch has all the features that I need for bookings for my fitness classes. The zoom integration is  key and i like the auto-refund options.

GymCatch is very easy to set up and the value for money is excellent compared to some other providers.

The internal message system is great and my customers like that it integrates with your calender. Having the catch up link avaialble through the booking link is such a time saver.
