The support team at Offering Tree is wonderful to work with and responds to issues in a timely manner. I am so pleased that I found this software.

They are always improving and updating their features, customer service is great, they are always happy to help and are very helpful and polite and find ways to solve your issues.

This software is all-inclusive and fully-integrated and has everything you need, easily set up and ready to go.

The platform I was using was awful, they were overseas, rude, and not easy to work with.

I don't like that I am unable to offer payment plans.

It’s also to integrate other features, like my relaxations from Spotify.

My site looks great, it's easy to navigate and it's easy for me to update. It has saved me so much time and money: now I  only have to have one location for everything.

I loved how easy it was to create my website, set up and schedule my classes and the fact that it houses my videos for people to rent. The tutorials are great.

It's pretty solid and getting better. I have high hopes for the future.

The FB group feels like a real community, questions and queries are answered quickly from admin and other members. I love that Offering Tree are listening and improving all the time.

One thing I keep hearing is  that there is no app.

But having OfferingTree has made it easier because it really feels like they are a part of my team. I can't recommend them and their software enough.

Since then, the customer support and development of the system while it continues to stay so affordable has blown me away and proves to me that those first impressions were true.

It is simple and easy to use. Has all the integrations I need and I can easily implement all levels for my customer.

The website it very user friendly for myself as as well as my clients.

I love how easily I can keep in touch with students through the various options: roster, newsletter, and blog. I also like that I'm moving toward minimizing my admin/computer time.

Customer services is responsive, ease of use makes it a positive experience.

I find inspiration and good pointers from the OT community And love that I can grow into features like creating store items, and creating memberships.

At the moment I don't feel like anything is missing.

For the price, it is so worth it, and is relatively simple to get started, which is crucial when starting a business.

Many of my clients pay in person with cash or check, and I have to work around the lack of this type payment.

It is very intuitive, there are plenty of tutorials and articles to help you set everything right and the support team is always super available to help  you out  with any issues right away.

Any time I have contacted customer service, I have had direct contact with a specific sales and service rep that has always been willing to help fulfill my request.

There are many online schedulers available, but for a company that offers a variety of services at different times, this is a solid option at a good price.

However, I found it too costly for what it offers/doesn't offer.

TimeTrade is functional and easy to set up and get using.

I often need to schedule groups of people for multiple meetings in different time zones. The system lets me do this easily and gives me the ability to quickly save them off to my google calendar.

My favorite thing about TimeTrade is that it allows my customers to book time with me and integrates directly with my calendar.

I don't even know how to get me money back because there's no way to contact them.

There is no phone number for customer support, so when there's a problem you can't talk to anyone. I've had a few problems in the last six years and I had to submit a request for help.

This a really nice tool for my customers to be able to schedule meetings easily. It also is great because once someone books, there is the capability to alert the stakeholders that the meeting is set.

Good for scheduling meetings that automatically sync to your outlook calendar.

Ive used Timetrade for over a year now and its saved me time and money by making it easy to schedule appointments with prospects and clients.

It can be a little confusing to set up and the tutorial videos don't always address all your issues.

I have used Timetrade for over a year now. I have it integrated with my Wix website and love the ease of use and dependability of it.

My customers like it and find it easy to use, and I get the info I need to organize my schedules.

A little quirky to set up your Calendar access and restrict availability for times you do not want people to set up meetings. Disappointing it doesn't synchronize with Outlook for Mac calendar.

TimeTrade is great because it allows our recruiters to select their individual availability and share only those times & dates with applicants.

Customer service was my biggest issue though. I found them to be unhelpful and almost rude.
