So grateful for the price. I am starting a new business and need things to be affordable and easy to use.

The first week I used onsched i ended up firing one of our artists because he was stealing. Wouldn't have ever even known if it weren't for appointment booking software, who would have thunk.

My experience using OnSchedule has been quite exceptional. I needed some things with this software to be customized for my business, and the staff were so happy to help and went above and beyond.

The customer service was outstanding. Extremely helpful in getting me started and assisting me with setting up a schedule that will suit my new business.

I love that this software is very user friendly and easy to use.

Mitchell and John provided exceptional training and support. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend this company.

The thing I like most about the software is how easy it is to use the features is what makes it so great.

Although change is always hard we are happy with onsched and glad we made the change.

The only con is the lack of HIPPA compliance, but it is only for medical and none of the competitors are hippa compliant either so I suppose it's neither here nor there.

Things are working well but we would love to have an app for mobiles as the phone is less easily maneuvered.

Only issue is sometimes appointments are not saved properly because of an error which states 'OFFLINE. Not sure what that means, but it doesn't happen often.

One other thing that was annoying was a little bug with uploading images. I'd always have to upload images twice for them to work.

The software is flexible and the pricing is adaptable.

No way for an online booker to know if there is an appt already made for the time they need.

Open to suggestions on new functionality and have been very responsive to our organizations needs. Customer support is quick to respond and resolve cases.

Full keyboard navigability (see WAVE at wave.webaim.org; i have  a temporary disability with both typing/mousing and it hurts to not have full keyboard control).

Merge the Dashboard and Lobby areas. I am not totally clear as to why they are 2 separate areas.

Great software/app  &  at least 2 good opportunities to corner.

Dragging/dropping appointments to a new time, ability to add Email Note(s) the client can see.

It has great analytics to keep track of your meetings and track clients through meeting dates. It also has a lot of custom function tools to optimize meeting bookings for a variety of formats.

Ease of use and short learning curve for end users.

Warning of a client already exists when adding a New Client.

I like the layout of the schedule, ease of use for both us and clients, fair value, holding credit cards for appointments.

It's a bit harder to move multiple appointments around some blocked out times, but I also know its because I'm trying to book 20 appointments for the same customer and its not the intended use.

Able to fit my needs even though its was designed for something else.

Happy that they are a local Saskatoon company that makes a quality package and they answer my questions quickly.

Don't like it when the computer times out in the middle of the day.
