  • Pros

  • The functionality of the software is impressive for tracking active directory changes and modifications.
  • I love that I can get insight into AD, SQL, and VMware all on the same dashboard. This allows us to see what's going on both from an operational standpoint, but also from a security standpoint.
  • Cons

  • During our cooperation time i haven't noticed any negative. The only thing i think is unpleasant it that the software isn't quite easy to use.
  • It can be difficult to configure and sometimes fails during a heavy load.

  • Ability to integrate with MS Office products and PDF is also great when it works as intended.
  • TeamMate+ has a simple and easy to follow layout. It's cleaner looking than TeamMate AM and navigation is much easier.
  • Cons

  • I dislike the project dashboard that has multiple tabs to search projects in.
  • Very limited capability in creating reporting template customized to our organization's need. Incapable of integrating with our payroll system for timesheet.
