It was a fantastic experience working with fast , stable and wider scope tool.

It does not have much flexibility to customize code. We have observed more failure while running the bot in AA then in uipath.

Best thing about Automation Anywhere is the ease with which basic Bots can be created and also the functionality it provides for creating custom scripting  in complex Use Cases.

I liked the possibility of integration with other softwares with Metabots which allows me to reuse then in other projects.

Overall my experience has been good. I have been able to realize more tangible savings for the client in terms of  manual labor.

It is very user friendly tool. Anyone can learn to develop on it using its tutorial.

It has great features and so far the best in RPA category.

Its costly and has bugs, sometimes its not compatible with the software but they give a patch and it works.

Its a good software for automation stream and its pricing is very good too.

It's great in terms of learning the tool , implementing and providing support to the vendors.

Also , it helps a lot in sectors like Insurance which includes various line of businesses like policy center , claim center and billing center.

In general is fantastic, version A2019 is not stable at all, but I assume that in mid time this will be a great an complete tool.

The PROS of using Automation Anywhere Software are the next. To have a Community Edition in which you can deploy your solution and test almost everything in the Workbench Editor (Task Bot).

I would happily suggest AA to anyone who is in search of a good RPA tool. Easy to use, reasonable price, high security for data and credentials, etc.

As my overall experience with AA, I will recommend it 100% to my colleages, at least the community version, which is free and anyone would be able to take by his own way all the trainings.

Used it for SAP integration, Metabots work great.

It has a nice interface that is easy to understand for a non-technical person. Provides ease of integration without the need to disrupt legacy systems.

The user friendly interface and the command with description.

Version A2019 is improving so fast and the Quantity of commands for develop bots is so useful, also for business user is an easy tool to interact with.

I guess that work with Oracle Platforms use to be difficult because sometimes windows are not detected at all.

Limited commands and also no custom activities to do automation.

Bad part is, only one robot can run at a time otherwise I would have scheduled all my team's robots in one instance.

You guys also started community version which the by far the best thing you did. AD integration is very good.

The software is very good and helps projects to reduce cost of minimum 25% and improve accuracy close to 99.80.

I like the overall structure and the ease to use the application.

No everything seem legit never had to experience it.

I am very happy using this product and keen to learn more.

Especially glad to have Metabot and IQBots implementation with Automation Anywhere and very special thanks to the Automation Anywhere support team helping us on critical scenarios.

The Most Secured and Reliable Tool to work with for different types of business Process. Building the Bots and maintaining it using Automation Anywhere is very easy and secured.

The only con is that they release new version every 15 days, it becomes a problem to stick with one version as there are many bug fixes and new feature update.

Automation of routine work help. Automated Testing is great.

Easy to use and very customer friendly and Image-based testing.

I love when I get real-time reports about the performance of my test so, I can fix the bug without checking everything.

I am pretty happy with this freeware software given that what it is offering as free of cost.

It's free and easy to use and it's perfect for everyone especially for a small business like me who don't need to have programming skills to runs some web and API tests and do Web Automation.

I liked how intuitive and easy is the tool in helping the Quality Team to record and play their Test Automation Scripts without having programming knowledge.

It's an amazing tool and I hope the Katalon Studio team will keep improving it in the future.

One small minor con for using cloud based phones are limited functionalities but that goes for any other cloud based phone apps out there.

Very complicated and hard to use ,especially if you are just starting out. Not all applications can be automated.

Ability to integrate Katalon studio with the the latest automation tools such as Appium, Selenium and Win AppDriver. Ability to record the UI objects using Katalon UI Recorder.

Easy to use, automagically created test scripts that works and you can fine tune manually or out right create from scratch via easy to learn (Java based) groovy scripts.

Setup was quick and easy with more in depth functionality as we saw fit available to fine tune our testing and monitoring.

Over all I really like this automation suite and think it well worth the money (free). Ease of use and report functionality is great.

I like it because It's % Free tool and It's very easy to use with an excellent user interface.

The active community is very helpful and nice and the developers communicate with them a lot and takes inspiration by them.

Load testing result,xpath capturing,assert recording is manual.auto loop option and copy all is missing in extension.

I don't like such changes when some of the functionalities suddenly stop working.
