  • Pros

  • Works well, excellent customer support, easy to use once you get used to it, visually very nice, good selection of reports.
  • Paladin is very easy to learn and use, making it a very productive package of useful tools to accomplish the goals and needs of our business.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the software runs into a glitch where it can be annoying. An example of this is when we scan in certain prescriptions and nothing gets loaded.
  • You have to hit the enter button or use the mouse about 5 times to get to where you want to go. Customers are getting annoyed with it.

  • In itself the efficiency gains of this has offset the adoption costs by a considerable amount.
  • Strong Technology, Great Support. Very easy self service capabilities enabling 3rd Gen BI.
  • Cons

  • The software's support model is horrific. Qlik uses value added resellers (aka VAR) for the most part.
  • Qlik has no idea what VARs are doing and VARs have no idea what Qlik is trying to tell them. Getting a license key correctly can take a few tries.
