And there is an occasional lag during peak times of the day when I’m trying to push through rapid fire updates. - So, to link the same e-mail in different organisations, Diligent required the user approval and that the user informed the organisations which he/she had the e-mail registered. It was quite positive. Before this software creating board packs was extremely manual and needed a lot of user intervention. Any updates that came in late were in risk of not making it in. there was always the possibioity of incorrect packs being used by members. It is cloud based and can be used on any device with a browser as well as native iOS apps. It is very easy to create and update books and to keep them updated across all users to ensure the most recent pack is available. #### Cons Some of the user/committee setup needs to be done by customer service. While they are quite responsive it seems unneccessary and they are improving on this. I like being able to take a whole agenda from last months’ meeting and simply change the date. I’ve been worried my iPhone would crash during a vote, so far, no problem. When I need help, I’ve had good luck getting someone to answer the phone at support. #### Cons Getting this to communicate with all of our other applications is a nightmare. It’s frustrating that the auto-numbering feature still does not work for agendas.
