Great customer service, easy to use, easy to afford!

Easy, affordable, aesthetic without being complicated, and no add-ons or "upgrade to unlock" features.

The only thing I wish it had was compatibility with Zoom and Google Calendar, but I believe one or both of those features are being added shortly!

Our Board of Directors found it really easy to access and navigate. It's super simple so that even if you're not in there everyday, you can remember how to get around and find things. I like that it sets up roles by committees and groups. The even feeds down like a social media platform, most current at top. At first that was confusing but we got used to it fast. The sharing to calendars, Google Docs, and Zoom link integrations work well. Log in is intutive and forgiving.

Our only issue is that after a few years, our document library is getting a little cluttered. It would be helpful to have some kind of archiving or sub folder option, but basically, we put our archives in our official cloud accounts. This tool is best for managing muliple working groups in real time, not as a document repository.

It has been an overall positive experience.

Easy Board is user friendly and the single sign on capabilities has made the utilization stronger from our board members. It has been an accessible "hub" for board members to access board materials and announcements. The way admin can send announcements or messages directly from the platform and have notifications be sent to user emails is really helpful.

We have not utilized the library feature as much as we'd like to due to the format and organization of it. It would be a very useful area for Easy Board to improve.

Our document management and access to Zoom links and meeting materials is more efficient.

The calendar integration with Google is hit or miss.

Easy Board has been a terrific solution after years of trying to organize board business without a dedicated resource.

Easy Board is simple to use and does the job of organizing board business all in one place that is accessible to members. It is very easy to schedule meetings, present members with documents related to the meetings, as well as keep archives of minutes and important board documents.

There was a glitch that disabled the meeting notifications that caused problems because members were used to getting reminders. It was eventually fixed and has been working well since. The cost was low when we began using it and has been increased now to where it is somewhat less affordable for a small non-profit.

The whole process has been very smooth. The customer support is EXCELLENT!! I usually receive a response in less than 12 hours if I email them. I have members that are from every generation and all of them have been able to set up their profile easily. This platform is very user friendly and they are constantly working at making it even better. They are very responsive to suggestions for new features as well.

Best things about Easy Board are the magic links in the emails to the members about their meeting. They don't have to log in to see the info for that meeting or to RSVP; all they have to do is click on the link. There are so many great things though - the library to manage minutes and documents, the announcements feature, and the RSVP feature to name a few. This platform has saved me so much time managing my Board and 7 committees which comes to about 120 people.

There honestly isn't anything I dislike about Easy Board.

It truly is easy! It is intuitive and captures exactly what we need for board management and document access. It did not have any of the extra noise, unnecessary hurdles or cost of many other platforms we looked at.

We have run into some people not getting notifications because of fire walls, but it is always on the user end and Easy Board has been responsive in trying to help problem solve for the user.

Overall, Easy Board is great, and the board members love it. We have only used it for a few of our meetings, but I continue to ask them what they think about it at every meeting. So far, the response has been favorable.

This product helps keep our board and staff organized and free from lost emails and materials. I can make changes to board packets "easily" without resending notices to the entire board.

I struggle with getting the meeting alerts on people's calendars. There is an option to add the meeting invite to calendars, but it is one more step, and I worry our board members might skip that and miss meetings. I think this might be operator error, but it is a problem that I've encountered.

The review title says it all - easy to use and a great time saver, not only for our staff but for the dozens of volunteer board and committee members who use it.

We love having all documents, rosters, minutes, etc. in one easy-to-navigate place, and also the quick-click access from an e-mail into the secure location.

It would be great if it were less expensive, but we feel it is worth the price for us right now.

It's hard to imagine a more aptly named product. If your primary goal is to make running Board Meetings and distributing Board documentation easier, this is the product for you. It does not include documentation authoring tools, but why would you need them to be included when Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all the other such tools are readily available and excel at what they are there for? While Easy Board is clearly targeted at nonprofits (since we don't typically have the funds available to implement the larger, costlier Board products on the market), I would easily recommend this to for-profit organizations as well if the goal is to simply simplify your Board Meeting management without a lot of muss and fuss. The learning curve is unbelievably short, and this product is approachable to even the most technologically challenged individuals. Furthermore, the implementation and administration efforts are equally simple. Availability of staff for setup and issue resolution is top-notch. Easy Board is a full-featured product that does EXACTLY what it promises to do: make managing Board Meetings Easy.

It lives up to its name and doesn't promise anything it can't deliver. It truly is the easiest Board Meeting Management software I have worked with, and I have worked with many across the cost/feature spectrum. The company didn't promise anything it couldn't deliver.

I wouldn't call this a con per se, but if I had to identify one feature that would add the most value, it would be the availability of a mobile app for those Board Members accessing from a tablet. The website is full-featured, so we're not losing anything, but I think that would be the most value-added feature they could add right now.

Many of our Board members serve in multiple roles within our organization (other boards, committees, sub-groups, etc.) Easy Board allows us to tag each user with the specific groups that they need to be able to access within a one-stop shop and has eliminated the need for so many different emails out to our Board and Committee members for various meetings.

We love the "magic link" that allows our Board and Committee members to have one-click access to a meeting and all the associated materials. I like that meetings can have virtual meeting software (Zoom, etc.) links embedded right into the meeting. Having a location to store board-wide organizational documents such as bylaws, etc. is also great to have. It provides easy access to our Board volunteers to those documents.

I would like to see a function to organize files uploaded into a meeting into sections. I do not like that all the files are just jumbled together. It makes it so the file names have to be very specific for users to determine what they are and where they fit in within a meeting agenda. Being able to order the files in a way that correlates to a meeting agenda would be a great feature. We would also like if in the future, Easy Board might consider adding an electronic voting feature or a way to record votes for a specific action.

All our Board Members and staff that use Easy Board like that all Board information, meeting information, documents, and communications are housed in one place. It is very convenient and accessible. We feel our data is secure, especially with the new 2-factor authentication. Overall, our experience has been exceptional with Easy Board.

Having everything for a Board Meeting in one place is such a time saver. Before we would email agendas when setting up the meeting, then different attachments when available, finally financials the day of the meeting, etc. Board Members would have to search through their email to find everything for a meeting. Now they can access everything in one place on one platform. I also like the Library, we have added our Board forms there so the Board Members can access those at any time.

For me, the only thing missing in the Board Meeting process that would be helpful is a Board Meeting Minute Management tool.

Most of all, I like the simplicity, cleanness, and straightforward processes for all users.

If I could have any board software dream come true, Easy Board would link directly with our video conference platform, store the audio, and dictate a rough draft of the minutes.

My overall experience with Easy Board is very intuitive-they make document storage, uploading and sharing of documents SO easy.

They make it easy for all board members to access the information they need, get reminders of meetings and more!

I enjoy Easy Board as I do not have anything I don't like about this software.

Our board members have adapted to the platform well. We did not have a training session for members, but Easy Board did come in and provide an overview of the platform’s features at one of our board meetings, and we have offered the option of additional training if needed. We do have a handful of members that still prefer to be contacted via email/mail, etc., but the vast majority have adjusted quickly and find the platform to be a vast improvement to prior operations. It’s also very easy for administrators to do most of the work needed beforehand so board members aren’t required to have much involvement.

I certainly feel Easy Board has met our organization’s expectations. We were involved in the early stages of the product’s development, so we were able to provide input on many of the features, etc. from the beginning, but since implementing and using the product on a regular basis, we definitely feel it has improved our day-to-day operations in more ways than even initially anticipated. Two functions we use most often are the meeting scheduling feature, as well as the people/directory feature.

Since we have been working with the product since it was in development, we did work through a number of glitches in the early stages, but the team has remedied them all and more since, and in several months, we have had no issues or complaints. We wish their library feature functioned more similarly to a Google drive with the options of folders, etc., but otherwise, we are happy with all features at this time.

Board Engagement is critical to the long-term success and sustainability of a non-profit. Easyboard has not only made it easy, but it has also provided a platform for which important documents can be stored, organized, and referenced when needed.

It would be great if it could be an app that would make it even easier for Board member to click into. Ability to e-mail a group of Board members who may not be on an existing committee. Integration with Kindful CRM.

It has been a good tool that makes a job where you are always juggling schedules and documents into something that isn't as much of a challenge.

With staff and board member transitions, Easy Board makes it easy for the board to get the information they need, and allows the staff and administrator to locate and update as necessary in a place and a way that makes sense.

We are having issues with changing the names of existing members. Some things that should be straightforward are not. Updating the welcome message on the dashboard, being able to pin a message or archive one, that would be useful.

Easy Board has essentially change the way we’ve managed our entire board interactions. This program has allowed us to store all necessary files, documents and minutes in one convenient place. The calendar feature and updates that can be sent ensure that all board members are kept up-to-date with any information. The library allows us to access policies and any historical information at the touch of a button.

The only con I can imagine is the cost, which is always difficult for a not for profit. However, in comparison to other board software, Easy Board is much more affordable for all the services available.

I have tested and viewed many board portals in the last year. I have worked internally and externally to find a solution that fits the dynamic of my board. It has been a great overall experience and I would recommend this product to any assistant or board liaison in the non-profit field.

The ease of use for all types of users. The software is extremely easy to set up and start using. My users were able to get in and add to their profiles. The calendar notifications and reminders critical. The ability to archive old members and still retain information.

There are not many that I can find. I do wish that you could download a folder of files, for organization of materials and not creating too many libraries. Maybe in the next update.
