Perfect Forms is a fantastic tool that integrates perfectly with our website. Their customer support has been second to none.

I had previously given PerfectForms a less than stellar rating for some of those problems. This new version seems to have solved them all, and is 100% HTML based, so no more problems with using Flash.

It has allowed my company to save time and money. The workflow management tool has been a key function in improving operation efficiency and the application building software it simple to use.

I usually get someone to answer my questions within the same day, and when I've had issues, a PerfectForm tech would actually get onto my computer to work the problem.

It manages customer complaints and resolutions.

Customer Service has been very good which I think is important for a company to set itself apart from others.

I am able to create the forms my school district needs, and PerfectForms support is always there when I need a little help.

Lastly, we are able to seamlessly integrate the approved information within the PerfectApp solution to our other key systems like ADP Enterprise Payroll and SuccessFactors.

PF is a solution that allows me to build a form and a workflow in just a few minutes to automate those processes.

Forms maintain  a highly detailed audit trail of each change that occurs as they make their rounds which is very useful in terms of security.

It has great integration with my internal databases, so I can pre-populate form fields based on who has opened the form, and can interface data in my forms both to and from my other systems.

Our educational company have been using PerfectForms for over 5 years and we are extremely pleased with the ease of use as well as the customer service.

We also inspect every Fire department in the state of Mississippi and collect fire hydrant information around the state. When I started at the company, we collected all of this information on paper.

I love the different levels of routing that PerfectForms can complete.

What more could you ask for. And no they didn't pay me to write this!).

Now officers can approve payments from any internet enabled device, with a few clicks. This saves a significant amount of time and manual labour.

We are using PerfectForms across our business for all documentation which requires work flow management or approval.

We had looked at a number of vendors in the space and chose Perfect Forms based on functionality and ease of use.

It has been almost 3 years since we made our first CPQ eform, it's limitation has exceeded our expectations.

We have since added a second renewal calculation application. As a result, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Perfect Forms for complex workflow applications.

I liked the ability to build and automate any specific workflow or functionality with an amazing degree degree of detail and precision.

PerfectForms is an excellent product with excellent customer service.

We purchased Perfect Forms in early 2013 to implement a special pricing request and approval system for quoting.

I love that I can create BY MYSELF just about any form I can dream up, and design pretty much any workflow process to go with it.

We deployed PerfectForms to automate a payment approval process. The original manual process included sending hard-copy approval forms around the globe to be signed-off by multiple board officers.

Unfortunately our version isn't cloud base, which makes us a little limited in providing access externally.

Another limitation I came across with importing videos to be embed was limited to be under 10 minutes, however there are work around for this.

Very Economical Way To Create Great Looking Customized Diagrams/Charts.

I like that I can make any type of chart and it's super easy to use. I prefer this to any other ones I've used in the past.

I love that this program is easy to use - as someone who creates a lot of process maps and manages a lot of projects, Lucidchart is a wonderful too.

It's been a great tool for our team over the years to help colleagues put their ideas and processes into visual form.

This bad user experience could have been avoided by simply letting me know beforehand.

I have also categorized it my diagram type and project type. Lucid just allows you to configure anything you can think of and that is what makes it super powerful.

Very easy to use, fast to learn, and customer support is excellent. It's the best way of creating diagrams I've found.

Sometimes the arrows from one action box to the next get a bit wonky and crazy. Not the end of the world, but slightly annoying sometimes.

Visual communications are beautiful and the integrations available make me wish i was more successful in getting more of my company to make us of this great tool.

Support team is great (I'm Global admin for my company).

Really like Lucidchart - highly recommended - not software to install, easy to use - easy to share. Like Google Sheets or Google Docs for visuals.

So simple and intuitive to use. Layout is exceptional, and the ability to have high resolution print quality out of the gate is amazing.

My only complaint is that Lucidchart mixes notation from Crow's Foot and Chen's notation, making some aspects of the design slightly confusing based strictly on the theory of ERDs learned in class.

It is a great option to work because it is very important for us to have applications that we can integrate with the rest of the ones we use.

What I dislike the most is that it's hard to navigate within the document when you have a lot of elements. You cannot drag and move across the page.

Great amount of integrations which make it really easy to use on all my devices and different apps. Been around for long so it has many features and lots of examples.

Easy to accidentally mess up, which may be an issue on my own end but sometimes while drawing certian arrow types, it'd go in a weird direction.

What I really love is ease of use and multitude of features. Every time I wish I could do something, it turns out it's possible.

Super easy to use tool allowing for workflow charting, diagramming, and general designing. The prebuilt design items are great.

I like using this software as it allows me to create very nice looking graphics and at a cost much less than Visio.

I did a good amount of research on similar software, but this has been the best one to create org charts for what we needed.

I love the ease of sharing and collaborating on charts and documents. It is also very easy to create accurate diagrams and export them to pdf.

There are too many icons on the window. Fullscreen only hide an icon, which is odd.

The features I like most about this software is the easy set up and I can get going right away. The quick virtual tour is very helpful when it comes to knowing all the different available features.

The templates are great, so you don't have to start from scratch. Organising documents is easy, you can simply order your diagrams with folders and share them with others.

It is super easy to make a flowchart. It is also easy to share them with others through the various integrations and enterprise solutions.

Overall, we are pleased with the product and the interaction with their sales and support staff.

I particularly like all the AWS options they provide. I love how easy it is to share a chart once done.

It was rather smooth, but I would love to obtain the refund after the cancellation of my subscription.

It's of course great for any kinds of charts too. The best product out there for charts really.

It is also very affordable to use. Investing in Lucid would be a great idea since they care so much about their customers.

I particularly like the ability to create interactive charts that allow you to drill down into different aspects of a graphic, if you want to.
