My experience so far with ProcessMaker has been positive but there is still some room for improvement.

This software is user-friendly. It helps us to keep a record of everything in the organization.

The solution has saved cost for my organization and has improved our turn around time.

Easy Integration with emails and financial systems.

Hard to add new process. However, there is a bit difficulty to add new process.

We will be using PM 3.0 now with REST functionality and are thrilled to integrate this software easily into 3rd  party software solutions now.

Experience is good so far but requires training of users which could have come helpful with license purchase - additional approval to fund training of users is being sought to bridge this gap.

To date, my institution has not asked me to use this software. Our trainer was excellent.

Ease of use and quickness of filling out and approving forms.

Lack more languages, minor problems in navigation.

Existing performance issues for big processess without work around; and recurrenet, inconsistent errors with Chrome and Internet Explorer.

Its connection time and lack of warning that you have been disconnected. In various occasions I have been disconnected and I keep working and nothing is been saved.

We use it in several implementations has become one of the preferred tools of our development team to solve our clients' requirements.

I also noticed that sometimes, I did not have to be logged into the company network to access my data. It works well, smoothly and feels good to use.

However it takes me no much time to know how to injet my business logics into the drag and drop workflow using PHP which I haven't touch before landing on Processmaker.

It is super good, in general it brings everything necessary for the creation of projects.

It's a good bpm, it's very powerful, I like its wokflow component, it's easy to use.

Okay, I would like to say about their support. Their support is fantastic and very quick.

Quite hard when implement complecate workflow.

Very difficult to make a reports. And also developing plugins.

Also, the ProcessMaker Sales and Support teams have been very helpful as they have always been prompt in resolving issues/complaints presented.

The easy development the different process in the company. ProcessMaker help us to safe the planet, migrating the paper to digital forms.

Missing certain features. Difficult to build PDF outputs for retention in our systems.

It has a community version that allows a prospective user to try out various features before committing to purchase the commercial version. The technical support team is very responsive.

For integration workflows it is the best tool in market. Quick and fast working model and you can have finished your tasks in a jiffy.

Overall it is a good system to manager internal process. It is inexpensive and customer support is prompt although the team is no in united states.

I 've just use workflow 1st time, and I choose ProcessMaker because it easy to setup, UI friendly and the Customer Support is excellent. I sent my question and received the answer quickly.

I really like the alerts it gives you and the ability to manage a desk more efficiently.

It's been a great transition for staff with great customer support that insured our success. We were able to customize to build the best sorting and tracking by function.

Medforce is user friendly & a pleasure to use. One suggestion, while saving a document to my desktop, I would love an option that can save the same file to Patient File & Deposits & EOMB.

I can sort thing how I want by bringing columns up to the top and arrange.

I like that everyone can access any of the tasks created for another person with ease and that its easy to maneuver into the files based off of those tasks.

I can label and find what I need quickly. Most new users can navigate with ease.

This creates accountability and you don't have to worry about paperwork being lost, or someone saying they never received something because its all right there in the history.

That gets frustrating when you want to label your scans and can't then get interupted and forget to go back to label for the next person to finish the work order.

It can be frustrating as to how easy it can be to lose the little plus sign on a task in work order view when adding additional documentation.

I was a little intimidating at first but quickly is learnable.

The programs do stop and skip a lot and make it difficult to complete everything in a timely manner do to the issues.

Love the way you can set up bins and escalations that help you to move your documents through the work flow process from user to user with ease.

The ability to see all EOBs for one acct without having to go in and out of screens. Ability to print or email from any screen/tab.

We're only using CC for our customer service staff now but it's been a positive change overall.

Sometimes when we send order back to customer service they accidentally cancel or paperwork it without sending it back so they the dashboard goes away.
