I like that it is user-friendly even for those who are not computer people. Training goes quickly for new people due to the ease of use of the software.

What I like most about this software is the ease of running reports, searching capabilities and tracking the jobs throughout the facility.

Our team loves that we can see the location of any work order or asset directly on the plan. This visual goes such a long way in our ability to assess an issue or topic quickly and get to work.

With this tool we are just so much more efficient and our jobs are that much easier to execute, it makes us one very happy team.

When I first started using Facility One, it was a bit confusing and hard to navigate.

The software is easy to navigate. New upgrades to the system tie all aspects together.

Pretty easy to use the program  once all the item on the inventory are entered into the program.

We have been very successful in synchronizing our preventative maintenance task with Joint Commission requirements.

We also can't say enough good things about the FacilityONE team. They are always extremely responsive to our questions, technical needs and provide their support in an incredibly gracious manner.

It seems to work great for our Facility,  Support has been great.

Updates are always being made for navigational improvements but can sometimes create user frustration.

The support staff has always been very helpful and responsive.

We really like Facility One for tracking equipment, reports and if we have any problems the Support team is more than happy to help.

Have not yet experienced anything I don't like about FacilityOne software.

The inventory was not well  organized and it is difficult to search for information.

Out of all the Job tracking software programs I have used, I do like this one the most.

Its easy to use, very reliable, and good information giving down to the T, very accurate and on point.

The speed trap warning needs to be worked on a bit and the redirect option is a tad buggy. Also missing some addresses.

Easy to setup and can be a simple setup for any beginner developer. Community support and overall help from peers.

Amazing coverage, excellent navigation, simple and fast. Many  documentations available for API integration.

Easy to use with free features and costs aren't high when you scale. It will help you in your personal and business life like any other Google service.

I like how easy and helpful the app guides you along to use in finding locations and useful information on the places or businesses.

Everything is straight forward and helps me complete my daily task at my job. The support team also offers 24/7 support which makes it more reliable and under control.

Bad platform to understand, from some bad routes to the destination, sometimes can not find the correct location.

Good maps really help estimate how long it would take for me to get to my destination. Particularly, it helps me save my time by showing different routes and estimated time of arrival.

To top it all off it integrates with the rest of the Google system so it makes it super fluid to go from different Google apps.

Overall, google maps has been an excellent product. The ease of use and functionality of it help it exceed expectations, putting it far ahead of similar products.

Information can be slow to load and it is horrible at predicting delays due to difficult left turns.

Wrong information, put us on streets that are not there, missing and sometimes gets lost. The area sometimes is rural and need to find streets with outlets.

Sometimes it looses signal and lags and May reroute me for no reason.

I love that you get access to so many bells and whistles for no cost at all. It's truly my go-to navigation app for anything and everything.

GPS signal lost all the time. Turn left at the next intersection, get to the intersection to find a bug sign saying no left hand turn.

Ease of use, quick customer service. When address of business needed to be changed, it was updated in a great time frame.

I trust it more than I do other map apps. It's not as clever as WAYS, but it still gives you good alternative routes.

They even include the current store hours, make it easy to read reviews and have the gas prices at the gas stations that pop up.

I don’t like how the voice in the navigation system be interrupting whatever’s being played on the device. And the voice is annoying.

On the iOS system, the application terribly weighs the batteries in the phone which results in a quick loss of energy.

The app can crash sometimes which can be frustrating if you are in the middle of driving. I do not want to pull over to fix it.

In general the experience is very good, with excellent navigation and with very complete information about various establishments on the route.

It is super easy to integrate on different websites and applications.

I love that it integrates with my Andriod Auto in my car. It's easy to navigate and love that it saves my places.

The interface is always easy to use and super friendly. I really like how you can add multiple destinations too if you have them in mind.

It's also great for when you're on vacation because it will show you where all the great restaurants are. I've used other apps like Google Maps but I've never found one as good.

I love the live view of the app from where you are at. I love that you can track and see where cops and traffic issues are at now compared to Waze.

Free and helps me save time to deliver. Most of saving time is priceless.

It is a great tool that also allows users to participate in the platform and is heavily reliant on people like you and me to make the software great.
