  • Pros

  • All feature are very useful and it fully integrates with tsheets and quick books which is good thing.
  • What I like most about the software is the ease ofnavigation. Being able toggle between areas is helpful to verifying information.
  • Cons

  • The scheduled pay run doesn’t update as processed on the dashboard or advance to the next run right away. I have an employee that has a monthly deduction that I have to turn on and off.
  • Sometimes the employee profiles are difficult to navigate in order to look up or update info. It's not something that is prohibitive to the use overall though.

  • Pros

  • We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.
  • I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.
  • Cons

  • Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.
  • The single most annoying thing about it is the support.
