I don't like that this software can't be scaled for small business. I do need software such as this but it's quite expensive for my needs and doesn't scale very well.

I thought it was nice to use as contests in the US can be tricky and it helps you ensure you have all of your bases covered.

I have run about five promotions. Easy to learn, easy to use, and their support team responds quickly within their own time zone (about a day turn around if not timed nicely).

What I like about Easypromos is its constant renewal. They work every day to continuously improve customer satisfaction and adapt quickly to changes in Facebook and all networks which they work with.

The only thing that confuses me about this software is some parts of it are not translated. I believe the company is from Spain and some things are still in Spanish while others are in English.

Not only it contributes to an ideal efficiency to the campaigns in facebook but the customer support is perfect. Any disadvantage or doubt have been solved thanks to a rapid and decisive form.

The tutorial videos they provide are great too and it was also easy to integrate Easypromos to our website and social media sites.

This software makes it really easy to customize and launch successful social media promotions. I love the premade templates and how easy it is to swap out images/logos.

If there was anything, it would the confusing structure regarding pricing. It's either per month or per product/promotion (one-time), but you have to start a premium trial and it gets confusing fast.

The customer support is super fast and effective and their team recommends the most effective solution according to your goal. Once you do pop, no longer stop.

I contacted Easypromos a couple of times with questions, and their responses were always quick, helpful and extremely friendly.

It works good ran software 45 days and everything ran smooth never need any help people were pleased with results in the beginning.

The easypromos platform was incredibly user friendly and easy to use.

The only negative thing was that we had to allow users had to verify their vote either via Facebook or E-mail - it wasn't possible to have both as an option.

This is the best application compared to the price.

The ease of use, the customer support and the live dashboard. I also like the fact you could send emails to remind participants to vote and share their stories.

All in all, a great experience. I can certainly recommend using the easypromos platform to anyone looking to run a video competition.

Pricing is incredible for larger companies, and I've compared between Smile.io, Swell, S-Loyalty, and Loyalty Lion.

Makes it super easy to launch quickly and track and engage with new customers. Very valuable as it can show you which customers are important to your business, and which ones you are losing.

Competing in the e-commerce space can be difficult so having a really tailored program like this is hugely valuable to ensure customers feel engaged with the brand, and are valued themselves.

The only downside is that we use ReCharge for our subscription platform and LoyaltyLion doesn't integrate too deeply with ReCharge.
