  • Pros

  • The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.
  • On the face of it this looks like great software but unless you are more bespoke trained in the software I doubt you will get the value you can from it.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes chat can seem impersonal when an article is dumped in the conversation after having spent a little while writing a problem up. No customer feedback for layout/build as of yet.
  • Reports sometimes a little confusing and limited, perhaps add the element of pie charts. Org chart not very flexible.

  • Every API provider has a single purpose or two to use it, when it SERP API, you are given endless options and its so easy to integrate and use it for the type of needs required.
  • The API has been easy to implement, and their customer support is solid. Our team has been happy with this service and would recommend it to others.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is that the Google Sheets plug-in doesn’t work the way I’d expect it to. I struggled with it and gave up, just relying on the web-based tool for now.
  • The plans are not much cost-effective. The lowest plans could have been a bit cheaper or more hits could have been provided.
