Email job scheduling--check. Granted we use maybe 30% of the product's capabilities, but it's nice to know that click-tracking, list management and other cool features are ready for us to exploit.

It's an awesome bulk mail , not that user friendly but when you get used to it you cannot live without it.

I love their Drip campaigns functionality. Love the Zapier integration as it allows me to connect Google sheets with Mailshake.

Mailshake was everything I wanted: a rock-solid UX and customer support that goes above and beyond. I had some bumps during setup, and their support team was amazing.

We've used this in conjunction with direct mail and seen great results. Setup is pretty simple and the team will help walk you through it when (or if) required.

The software is easy to use, has an amazing client success team to help you through the process, and allows us to generate leads more efficiently than devoting one on one calls.

Having used other software for cold-emailing that was cumbersome, MailShake is a breeze. It is extremely important, however, to note that the onboarding/customer service is outstanding as well.

For weeks, we've had deliverability issues and had to juggle between G-Suite support and mailshake. At the end it was a combination of errors that led to our emails landing in spam folders.

Well, simplicity has its price - but really why so much. For the job which Mailshake does, I don’t have anything other what to dislike.

There are some really handy integrations that make using it even easier. There are helpful videos to help you learn how to use the program.

Their team is very helpful and we find the product accomplishes what we need with minimal fluff, but extra features that make it a really solid option.

It's expensive if you have a medium or large team - so I'm worried about scaling costs.

Support is excellent, I had some issues and they went well beyond in helping me.

So the main disadvantage lies in the administrative part, not the tools functionalities.

Love it, love the UI and was really easy to setup and run.

It was a bit tedious to use because you had to make sure there were no mistakes in the process.
