  • The Crises Control Solution provides an intuitive, effective, secure and robust messaging platform utilising multiple channels.
  • It was very intuitive and easy to use and priced well for a small business like ourselves. Meets our needs without trying to additional features that we will never use.
  • Cons

  • M struggling to think of negatives about the project.
  • The last release wasnt working as well as the new release.

  • Great texting tool to keep communication and awareness of our church before the congregation.
  • It easily served it's purpose for what we wanted it to do. Customer service was great.
  • Cons

  • The only downside is when you go to search historic texts, you can't filter to find a specific text which is a bit annoying.
  • After numerous attempts to call the 800 number (no one will answer) and live chat (disconnected 4 times), I finally just asked to get a refund.
