The design is clear, patient's charts are easy to navigate. I like the Sticky Notes section so that team members can leave notes for each other that isn't part of the official medical chart.

WE ARE HAPPY AS AN AGENCY WITH HOSPICE TOOLS. THE SUPPORT STAFF GET BACK TO US QUICKLY, THEY RETURN CALLS AND REALLY DO A GREAT JOB OF DOING THEIR BEST TO CUSTOMIZE OUR PROGRAM.

Also they have great security measures to protect your account as well as customer service.

I also dislike some of the formatting on different forms (ie: some boxes for narrative responses are too small to read the entire response).

I have had trouble uploading pictures to a patient's chart (e.g. a photo of a patient's advanced directive) and usually have to sent to medical records team for them to upload it themselves.

Excellent EMR that follows regulations and is customizable.

I love the functionality and simplicity of this software. Charting can be done in a timely manner and encompasses all areas.

The closest i had ever come to using anything techy was IV pumps and CBG machines. With that said this system is quite user friendly even for a person like myself.

An excellent addition to be able to access needed information any time and any where.

Its ease to use and makes comfort to the user,anald attractive feature of real time claiming status but easpecially make perfect fast accurate data ,and makes to our comfort zone.

Cherish as a company was thrilled with our experience. As well our CHAP surveyor told us that she has never seen such a user friendly software.

The only frustrations I have experienced are related to product development, such as document uploading failing because of a programming glitch.

Having been a user since its initial rollout, I appreciate how responsive the development team has been to user suggestions and growing needs.

I have used many softwares over the course of my 25 year career, but Hospice Tools has been the most efficient, user friendly and easy to access system I have ever used.

Allows collaboration between Employees with ease. Helps me maintain my PTO and hours worked.

Ease of use, customer service is great if an issue arises, navigation of the documents is easy. HIS reporting is made easy.

It is easy to access and it makes my life easy. In my practice, we have lot of charting but the way the palliative consultation note has been made, it is very straight forward and easy to chart.

IDG updates are hard to track, as the clinicians are not able to enter their own information on the patients.

I haven't noticed anything that I don't like. Hospice tools is a life saver.

I am unable to give any negative feedback about this system as it performs exactly the way and what i use it for everyday.

Hospice tools is easy to use and navigate to desired points within a patient’s record or even for timekeeping.

Everything i need to do makes absolute sense to me. When looking for information i am typically with a family or a patient and love that things are labeled for what they are.

Easy to update the facesheet and teams as needed, and sticky notes is a great way to ensure all staff are aware of information they might need to attend to on call needs.

Information is not under some obscure tab, which allows me to find the information i am be  looking for quickly and with ease.

As a Medical Records user, I like having the ability to upload a document from cloud storage, as well as my computer.

In Timekeeper, it is difficult that you cant put in an exact name to find a patient quickly. Also when inputting time stamps, it often changes AM  to PM (or vice versa) incorrectly.

I like that it is easy to use, the cost is good, the billing is great, and the ticket responses are timely.

Very easy to learn and use. User friendly and applicable.

It's helpful that I can click on a patient's address and it automatically opens the Maps app in my phone and I can be off in a jiffy.

Not only do they have great orientation videos, they have excellent customer service on the phone (very patient, friendly, and efficient).

Good value for the price for not for profit organizations. It does everything that we need it to do.

This is disappointing as we now must continue to store hard copy files when we were hoping to eliminate them.

You can not export to excel. You cannot delete mistakes.

Great customer service and they listen to suggestions from their customers on how they can improve their product(s) to make them more intuitive and user-friendly.

It's a good way to track donors and volunteers and the exported reports are pretty good.

The customer service was great; Brandon was very patient and kind with me and provided great support throughout the process.

With Sumac, we got the perfect solution  excellent customer service and an easy-to-use product at an affordable price.

The only problem we have encountered is to link our website donations to the program. We are still not sure where this glitch lies.

While we continue to refine how we use Sumac to best suit our organization, I feel more and more confident the more I use it.

Once familiar with the program, it is quite user friendly. The ability to customize forms for different programs has been wonderful.

We scheduled a demo with a Sumac Guru for our entire team and we were all captivated by the ease of use and functionality it offered  almost everything on our wish list (and much more).

It is sometimes difficult to load the software onto Mac computers.

Sumac and its staff have been really supportive and so responsive to our specific needs and even our suggestions for improving the software.

There's a wide variety of add-ons you can choose and our custom module works great. The website integration is seamless and saves us a lot of time.

But I am not very technologically savvy, and others will not be as easily frustrated as I am.

Sumac is incredibly easy to use, is customizable, and the free support is outstanding. They are always happy to help.

The switch from a manually managed membership list to an integrated data base has been smooth thanks to the excellent support from Sumac support and other staff.

For example, Having all gifts in the same group as any other notes and points of donor contact is rather frustrating due to the cluttered nature.

Thrilled with the highly customizable functionality of SUMAC & wonderful customer service support.
