The fact that it is sometimes frustrating when making changes in a profile and you have to change it in multiple spots instead of the system updating on its own.

We've been with Avanti for 15+ years. Its affordable, reliable and excellent for midsized or small organizations.

The reports work amazingly, but I struggle to create new ones. I have seen other programs with drag and drop reporting, which Avanti does not have.

Sometimes labor intensive, when making system wide changes. We have 5 separate Data Bases, so it is repetitive.

I really enjoy working with Avanti, it is user friendly and capable of handling a lot of GL detail for our manufacturing facilities.

I think Avanti is easy to use for beginners and it's even better once you start understanding the nuances.

The platform overall is very intuitive and we are able to easily integrate reporting which makes us very productive.

I wish there was an option to do a pay # 2 for a missed pay from the previous pay period.

Understanding pay groups. Difficult to grasp the concept at first.

The product does everything we need it to do for our organization and is easy to use. Its the customer service that is the big differentiator and responsiveness of the team.

Difficult in building reports to access the data.

Payroll is easy, I can report on pretty much everything I need, and year end is so much easier.

Very easy integration with hands on support during implementation.

My experience with Avanti has been excellent - from software training, to using it and the after implementation client support.

This is the first payroll system that I have used, I found it fairly easy to learn. The support team is super amazing and has definitely helped me understand the system better.

The Avanti customer service team is wonderful and is there for us at any time we need them. I like how they are constantly improving their software and they make us part of this advancement.

It is a very robust system user friendly everything is in one platform, continuous updates, payroll is accurate, but most important is their customer support.

They are quick and efficient and always want you to be satisfied with the results.

Flexibility to customize for our needs ourselves. With most other market products, that would require their programming and expertise, and increased costs as a result.

Really miss the Manuals to learn and use the program.

Only thing I can complain about is Employee Sef-Service, my staff have issues reseting passwords so I have to do it for them.

User friendly and able to get help new required.

The Avanti team is always eager to help meet the organizations needs.

Also when adding new codes to profile and getting it to link with the web is confusing and not well documented.

They have an amazing CX support team, with quick resolution of issues. Very easy to learn the system, much simpler than other payroll systems I have used.

It need more development and troubleshooting for errors.

Report writer allows us to customize reports and access information quickly for analysis. The payroll module is very user friendly and maintains all applicable employee information.

It used to be very efficient but after the update at the beginning of 2021 it has become painfully slow.

It freezes some time and it gives us a hard time in logging in RDP.

Love having all our companies under one search engine. Love the Excel ability for all reports.

We have been useing Avanti since 2000, and it's been great growing with the company and evolving with it.

Ten years ago and had to onboard two additional payrolls. Support was very helpful with big jobs like that, as well as little questions.

I'm glad that the Avanti new payroll system has been implemented successfully thanks to Avanti project team.

What I like about Avanti is the personalized quote or prices depending on what our company's requires. The customer support is also very reliable.

The data entry time has been slashed, the accuracy of the time and allocation have increased exponentially. I personally have gone from spending a few days each month on payroll to a few hours.

I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.

Honestly, the thing that makes isolved worth it is their customer service. They are quick to respond to issues that come up and are always happy to help.

It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.

We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

None of that matters if no one can help when a problem arises.

Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn.

The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password.

I solved is a great HRIS tool to integrate and streamline hiring, onboarding, payroll and benefits all in you place.

I am very pleased and feel I am getting a great value for my money.

It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another.

Basically, we were never able to use the product but were required to pay for an entire year.

That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.

How complicated to run reports, how difficult it was for employees to use.

They completely ignored this request, not responding to it at all.

Did not provide any demos because I was told that they will switch me and then train me. The data converted was a mess and the implementation team did absolutely no research on our company.

Netsuite is a bottomless pit of despair. Getting help shouldn't be so hard.

We love that the iSolved platform integrates HR/PR functions and that employees and supervisors are empowered to make basic selections/entries.

ISolved is a great system and I love that there are new updates all the time.

The software is robust enough to create and manage all of your employee benefits.

Great option if you are looking for a software focused on HR and benefits without payroll.

I like that the platforms are easier to navigate through. I like that you have several options as far as time and payroll go.

ISolved has been a great help and definitely keeps our business organized.

I have employees who have not received a paycheck, no response from iSolved and no assistance from them either. It is the absolute worst.

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE. We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous.

Months with various tax issues and no follow up costing us fines with a neighboring state. We have wasted so much time just trying to get people to call or email us back.

The contract only allows a small window to cancel the service. If you miss your window, you will be paying for an entire additional year.

ISolved lends well to quick and efficient implementations. The Payroll processing component is user friendly (for the most part) and helps our clients streamline their payroll processes.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the software and the customer service that we have received from the software.

Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks. Very frustrating and time consuming.

The software is difficult to use on a smartphone.

Have to login multiple times to access my payroll. Waste of my time and very frustrating.

Not easy at all to transfer my records from their system to my system when you leave their company.

My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable.

One of my biggest problems has been billing. I was charged 800.00 in one month for two payroll runs.
