The fact that it is sometimes frustrating when making changes in a profile and you have to change it in multiple spots instead of the system updating on its own.

We've been with Avanti for 15+ years. Its affordable, reliable and excellent for midsized or small organizations.

The reports work amazingly, but I struggle to create new ones. I have seen other programs with drag and drop reporting, which Avanti does not have.

Sometimes labor intensive, when making system wide changes. We have 5 separate Data Bases, so it is repetitive.

I really enjoy working with Avanti, it is user friendly and capable of handling a lot of GL detail for our manufacturing facilities.

I think Avanti is easy to use for beginners and it's even better once you start understanding the nuances.

The platform overall is very intuitive and we are able to easily integrate reporting which makes us very productive.

I wish there was an option to do a pay # 2 for a missed pay from the previous pay period.

Understanding pay groups. Difficult to grasp the concept at first.

The product does everything we need it to do for our organization and is easy to use. Its the customer service that is the big differentiator and responsiveness of the team.

Difficult in building reports to access the data.

Payroll is easy, I can report on pretty much everything I need, and year end is so much easier.

Very easy integration with hands on support during implementation.

My experience with Avanti has been excellent - from software training, to using it and the after implementation client support.

This is the first payroll system that I have used, I found it fairly easy to learn. The support team is super amazing and has definitely helped me understand the system better.

The Avanti customer service team is wonderful and is there for us at any time we need them. I like how they are constantly improving their software and they make us part of this advancement.

It is a very robust system user friendly everything is in one platform, continuous updates, payroll is accurate, but most important is their customer support.

They are quick and efficient and always want you to be satisfied with the results.

Flexibility to customize for our needs ourselves. With most other market products, that would require their programming and expertise, and increased costs as a result.

Really miss the Manuals to learn and use the program.

Only thing I can complain about is Employee Sef-Service, my staff have issues reseting passwords so I have to do it for them.

User friendly and able to get help new required.

The Avanti team is always eager to help meet the organizations needs.

Also when adding new codes to profile and getting it to link with the web is confusing and not well documented.

They have an amazing CX support team, with quick resolution of issues. Very easy to learn the system, much simpler than other payroll systems I have used.

It need more development and troubleshooting for errors.

Report writer allows us to customize reports and access information quickly for analysis. The payroll module is very user friendly and maintains all applicable employee information.

It used to be very efficient but after the update at the beginning of 2021 it has become painfully slow.

It freezes some time and it gives us a hard time in logging in RDP.

Love having all our companies under one search engine. Love the Excel ability for all reports.

We have been useing Avanti since 2000, and it's been great growing with the company and evolving with it.

Ten years ago and had to onboard two additional payrolls. Support was very helpful with big jobs like that, as well as little questions.

I'm glad that the Avanti new payroll system has been implemented successfully thanks to Avanti project team.

What I like about Avanti is the personalized quote or prices depending on what our company's requires. The customer support is also very reliable.

The data entry time has been slashed, the accuracy of the time and allocation have increased exponentially. I personally have gone from spending a few days each month on payroll to a few hours.

Best GUI with almost functionality and feature. You can see all your details and generate token.

Keka for a bad experience for our company. Would not recommend it to anyone.

It is overall a very good experience and I find it very user friendly.

Overall I satisfied with Keka because everything covers in one plateform.

Keka covered so much ground in Human resource - both recruitment and generalist, they're top 99% for response rate and usability. And the name - well deserved and justified.

There are no such cons from my usage so far. Only thing is that if I forget to stop my time tracking by mistake, then I cannot off it by my mobile phone app.

The worst software and even worse customer care.

It really improves the employee experiences. I love the remote login feature most.

The only thing I didn't like in keka is, it's not working and I'm facing the problem at least once a week.

So many options for compression. It's nice to go into the advanced settings and customize nearly every aspect of compression.

And if you contact the customer service for help, they don't know how to help you.

This is very simple to use. Tax calculator is superb.

Recruitment - The two problems I face with Keka hire is not having the option of sending trigger emails which are customized for each stages of the hiring process.

Keka is Good and Affordable Software for HR activities.

I first of all found the UI of software very clumsy, it is very clear no doubt , but it is very populated and use of animal characters in UI like elephant in leave management seems very childish.

With a very competitive price range, it gives a great deal of features to work with. Here are few things I like about Keka.

Overall experience is awesome to use it. Every organization can use this to manage their employee data and other management tools by just one portal.

We depend on it almost every day. Oh, and also, their isopod logo/icon is pretty great too.

Gives breakdown and calculation logic behind tax calculation. Easy interface to input investment declarations.

Can be integrated with other 3rd party software to sync logs of the time.

Finally a product which kept itself apart from boring, complex stereotypes.

Keka is a must use HR software for every company. The payroll system in it is amazing as tax deductions and calculations have been made easy.

Customization is good; it allows you to meet your company's and its users' needs. In this case, KEKA provides software we can customize to fit our current needs.

Love the way their software resolve lot of our pen and paper work and main delight was working with their support team, They had helped me a lot while migrating to cloud payroll.

Keka has some features missing such as workflow management system and files management system.

My overall experience with Keka is amazing, very easy to use and has a lot of features to make day-to-day activities a lot easier, and reduces the efforts to mail HR for small inquiries.

Their support team helps you whenever you need them.

Ease of use, providing the required features in a simple and user friendly UX.

Our cloud storage at box.com is limited to files under 5gb. Because we often have InDesign source files larger than this, we have to split the archives in order to store them in the cloud.

No self serve set up and onboarding is extremely time consuming. Further there's no way to use parts of the product before wider rollout.

I am pleased with my overall experience with Keka. It is easy to use and stay connected with my team members.

No way to use a subset of features. Onboarding requires filling 25 sheets even if you are looking to use a subset of features.

Leave management is awesome. The tax and payroll module is also nice and integration with clear tax is great.

Keka makes this super easy and is very reliable with great 7zip compression among other multi-part file splitting formats.

Sometimes our employees find it difficult to navigate through the payroll information.

Very easy to navigate, set up. Any issues are solved instantly.

One stop for all the company management stuff.

The Tax Deduction section is a bit complicated but the advantages of Keka overcome this dislike of mine.

Keka is a cloud-based human resource (HR) solution, which helps businesses manage staff profiles, track attendance, process recruitments and analyze performance. Features include GPS, pulse surveys, document storage, helpdesk, role-based permissions, workflow management and asset tracking.
