Our company switched platforms from Zenefits to Paycom and I've been extremely dissatisfied with the new program.

THE QUICK PUNCH SOMETIMES DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT REGISTER MY PUNCH IN OR OUT. WHICH THEN GIVES ME A MISSED PUNCH STATUS.

Paycom is an efficient and user friendly HRIS system that includes applicant tracking, on-boarding, payroll, and HR metrics. This is a wonderful, cost friendly tool for small non-profits.

I love that it allows employees the ability to access and change their profiles and be responsible for their timecards.

While there is cons, I still like it. Is a great way to do my log records at my own comfort.

Paycom is a powerful yet very easy-to-use software. Their customer service is THE BEST.

Paycom is very user friendly, easy to navigate, and the customer service is excellent and very knowledgeable.

I like how easy it is to find and verify my own employment/benefit/pay information, and the org chart has been super useful as a new employee at my current company.

I can easily track what paperwork has been completed and what is outstanding.

The system is very user friendly and our employees enjoy the flexibility of accessing their data on a mobile device. The managers are extremely happy with the custom reports.

It has help keep organization a top priority, while being easy to use. Additionally, Customer Support is not only very helpful but always readily available.

Some of my staff have complained about the software not working correctly when downloaded as an application on their phones.

It was a way to integrate our HR experience and it's done that job effectively.

Better than paper checks and no web archive, but improving the intuitiveness Of it would be great.

This software is limited in the sense that when you are trying to do bulk  uploading for time cards it will not let you do it if it's towards the end of a pay period.

Paycom pays their sales team and integrations people based on the success of the company they are selling to.

The fact we have had the same payroll error were the system doesn't pull in employee raises 4 TIMES in a row and the problem is not fixed.

This is probably the best single-use/integrated HR-related platform that I have used, especially regarding how far-encompassing it is.

I very quickly realized that this system was not going to work for our team and moved to cancel our account and the customer service was pretty awful, going all the way up to upper management.

I can rest easy knowing that things will always be resolved timely. The interface is user friendly and Paycom is always making updates to make things even easier.

The only problem I have is going  back to add hours, if I forgot to clock in/out.

I can view my paystubs and make changes to my information as well. There are features we don’t use yet like mileage tracking which is awesome.

Paycomm ease of use, customer service and costs is why we chose them and keep them.

The Mobil app is super easy to use. They are also very trust worthy.

One thing i like least or you can say i hate is that different webhook can not be sent out for different products.

Customer service is worst. Just automated bots replying to your queries and opening up issues closing them on their convenience just to send automated replies.

Even if there was any reason for rejection, they should have done it right in the start, and not after 1 year of usage and after more than a lakh was collected.

We can create smart pages which looks very professional and really smart.

This is what keeps me going away from Razorpay. Few of the products are really worth the pay and easy to use.

Some of the things that come to my mind are: ease of use, adaptability, trust.

Pathetic for eCommerce startups. Please stay away, as they don't refund the money, even on transaction reversal.

Razorpay has been amazing payment support for our institution.

After using them for 1 year, they suddenly block the service on my live site stating that the partner banks have rejected the company.

Best things to use razorpay is refund process, customer will get refund  in very quick time as compare to other payment gateway, also i personally likes its dashbaord.

Good UI, and highly promoted, ready integration in some cases.

The integration of Razorpay on any software is super easy as it has got all the documentation and ready-to-use plugins.

There is no direct support system. I am not able to report for fraud transaction.

Also the charges of this payment gateway are very lower compared to any other way payment gateways.

Razorpay is super easy to setup: I tried to set up other software for collecting the payments on our website but Razorpay is more comfortable to set up and start using in a few clicks.

Extremely rude customer support and unethical company. Do not use their payment integration services, as they don't offer refund of transaction fees on reversal.

I have good experience with Razorpay, I really like their currency conversion rates for International transactions.

Onboarding is difficult, they ask for a business model which I don't think is right.

Razorpay's customer service is top rate - responses are prompt and helpful. It is cloud-based software which makes processing payments quick and efficient, especially for time-sensitive transactions.

Overall, we are happy with Razorpay. Their support is good and the payment interface is sleek.

Customer service is pathetic, no one is there to guide merchants.

The customer service is pathetic to say the least. They play around with the company's money and don't communicate for weeks.

Nothing that can be mentioned here that is a positive thing.

Best part of Razorpay is there customer support.

Their email/website based support is quite useless - they don't know anything.

The accessibility and ease of use. And the variety of payment methods it offers.

Plus there's a very high failure rate for Internation transactions.

It provides various payment method from which user can choose best one which is very helpful. It user interface is very great and understandable.

Over a period of time, my experience has become worse. The support is very very slow and unsatisfactory.

API documentation are very comprehensive and response time is great. Their due diligence and approval process is fast.

The ease of use of the software is a great plus point.

Very bad experience with their technical support.

Ease of use and transaction tracking and exclusive tallying with source payment records.

The payment id can be number if instead on alphabet because it is bit confusing to track the details.

We integrated it with our website, it was seemless, Thanks to our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for all assistance.

I embedded the payment pages and it takes care of things that you haven't even though to include to help your consumers make payments.

I asked then to update my payout cycle and they did it without any questions asking. Also Razorpay is very easy to integrate with platform like WordPress and there UX is good.

They have little bugs which they are not able to solve after a long time of business. With a huge payment methods and easy to use gateway Razorpay is the best.

One of worst irresponsible team they have, no values for client.

They have 2 major problem. You can't change bank account details if the account is not created on your name, in this case you have to create new razorpay account.

The product is very useful and easy to use. Even a shop vendor can easily access and make a good of that.

So many failed payments are also there. Secondly, couldnt find any interface in zapier.

Customer service is either nonexistent or very poor. When connected to API, there are many search-related problems.

Overall Razorpay according to me has become Backbone of Reatil & Public Business & No doubt Razorpay can capture this whole market if They Keep Building more & more.

As a payment gateway it is good, the documents required is also less. Maybe onboarding can be improved.

I am too happy to have adopted RazorPay since the beginning of their journey. I am realy thrilled to see how fast they are growing and providing unbelievable solutions to all their clients.

My overall experience is very good because their customer service is top notch.
