- Everything I need to relate payroll, time off, insurance, is in the same application and its ease of use and navigation is outstanding.
- The ability to send over time off and have it documented. I also love the dashboard, the cleanness, and seeing team member updates is amazing.

- Horrible Onboarding for someone who advocates themselves as an onboarding service.
- Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.

- Reference automation is a great way to save your team valuable time. It's user friendly, easy to use from both candidate and HR perspective.
- Provides for greater accuracy and integrity of the reference check process. Excellent support and customer care from the XREF team.
Cons
- Sometimes the integration with ATS is broken. But this is the fault of the ATS.
- I often select the 'remember my password' and my username populates, but I never remembers my password, and it's annoying.
