Many great features and the updates have been fabulous. I still have a little difficulty with the register and giving refunds.

No automatic appointment reminders. Does not integrate both ways with Google Calendar.

Admin console/settings not all set up in an intuitive way. Clients are not able to reschedule or cancel their existing appointments.

We have to pay after the trial ends they should give you more time to try it.

I like the ability for clients to schedule their own sessions and that it allows me to take payment via PayPal.

So if a client used a daycare used petexec, i cannot use their email as their username, because the other company ALSO used it as the username. This is def my number 1 complaint.

The Scheduling and the POS is very good. The commission reports are excellent.

Also, when scheduling a grooming or daycare (through boarding), having to re-enter the times for pick-up and drop-off every single time is ridiculous when the time had already been chosen.

PetExec is the best software I have found for this industry. It has a great price and can easily be manipulated for most day-to-day tasks.

We no longer use that feature due to the loss, which was very aggravating.

Can be confusing at the start but is leaned very quickly.
