Personally I love it and would continue to use it but as we gain more and more users the price is becoming a serious bone of contention here.

Pricing was comfortably within budget for our small business. Positively recommend this for internal use or even for business to client use.

Support is great and very responsive. Platform integrates easily with other platforms for whitelabling purposes.

Integration of platform was seamless. Adoption and utilization of the dashboard was very quick and easy for our team.

With a few training sessions, our team was pros. Customer success team is patient, resourceful and really care about our successful use of the platform.

Although I use the boolean formatting, it was really helpful for our team to initally have the ability to build the query in the easy formatting.
