This tool is the best on the market in my opinion, it gives excellent results.

Some features are still missing but to my knowledge the team in place is progressing quickly.

It should be able to distiguish positive vs negative responses, as it's time consuming to have to do this manually. Some things are a bit hard to grasp in the beginning.
