Some of the condition reports have also reminded me of diagnoses I may have forgotten or lost familiarity with, so I can go through the clinician version and brush up.

Most important of all is how ChiroUp keeps me up to date with evidence based best practices. I utilize their blogs, podcasts, and actually study the material withing the program itself.

Chiro Up makes it very easy to use and is very beneficial in our everyday office work.

These days, the technology we use and share is so important. Not everyone is health literate, but this helps make it easier.

I am hard pressed to find a negative that would dissuade me from purchasing athena all over again.

Integration to system provided by Athena folks that did not know the system. Athena has very little under standing of PT/OT and no  understanding of WC billing in PA.

I love the ability to customize my reports, letters and templates. I love the photo capture.

The layout of this software is terrible. Very confusing and it takes a lot of clicking to access any part of the patient’s chart.

The loss of control our practice has given up to athena has resulted in us losing money.

The tickler system for follow up visits are subject to user errors and need constant review.

Poor functionality of Pharmacy. Major patient safety issues.

NO ONE told us and this document languished in some digital box. If we were a hundred person organization, I could pay someone to sit and manage the 20 or so boxes where they put communication.

The templates and text shortcuts were probably the best part of this software. The ability to add drop down menus and text boxes to your text shortcuts was extremely helpful for creating templates.
