Intiveo integrated with both dental software programs we used, Domtrac and Tracker. Ovrall there wsa really not much if anything that I disliked.

I also love how you can mass email/text message your clients, great for when there is a policy change, change in operation hours, new promotions etc. Saves a ton of time and money in postage.

Some difficulty when confirming several people from one household.

Overall it has been good, and customer service has been great. I just would like more online booking features.

Sensitive content hidden] is the best person from customer service all other interactions are not as understanding as him and he always corrects the error.

I can send a text when they do not answer their phones. They are quick to help when I submit a issue.

It is easy to navigate, and the support team is easily accessible if you should require help using the system. The support line has minimal wait times before you reach a rep for help.

No remote access, so you can cancel or adjust program if weather issues.

We love Intiveo in our office, as it was easy to integrate with our practice management software. Has reduced calling a lot for reminders and recalls.

They can easily access their messages and reference the time without having to phone the office. The customer support is top notch, and I love the ability to customize all the message features.

Hard to navigate, fix things, change things lots of work to set up initially.

Ease of use, peace of mind that the confirming has been taken care of.

Online questions are always answered very quickly and phone service is always so friendly.

Some of the written explanations I have received for problem solving have been a little too wordy.

Hard to think of anything I don't like about EasyMarkit. The only thing would maybe be the lag that sometimes happens when switching between the chat and messaging.

As I said, it is not good anymore. I was one of their clients that loved their software, but lately, in the past 2 years or so, they dropped the ball.

It's the best pediatric EMR that I have seen and it's cost effective.

Implementation was difficult. There was a lot of work we had to do after hours to get up & running.

There are glitches in the software; there are too many flaws. Customer service is hit or miss.

We switched from Greenway to Office Practicum 11 months ago. THE only thing I like about this product is the integrated vaccine inventory management.

Hands down the best of the best for pediatric offices. OP is so user friendly and works around your practice.

I really get frustrated with updates that at times are not fixed to problems and each year when putting in new flu vaccine.

The learning curve is way better to compare to its competitors. Simple, easy to use, user-friendly, fast and efficient.

Pediatric friendly for the most part. Doctors can learn their way around it.

I love how the ACIP immunization schedule and Bright Futures  are integrated in the software.

Wait until they get their act together and go back to do a good job the way it was in the past.

The Managers ListServ has also been a wealth of information and finally OP has one of the best customer service teams I have worked with.

It has some nice features, but there are a lot of things I do not like. The support team is awesome.

Overall, Office Practicum works great for our office. We have been able to streamline our clinical and office processes and actively engage our patients.

PM and charting are integrated in the same system. ROS is easy to use, and the coding is helpful.

General flow is nice while you have your templates prepared. Interfaces are nice when they work.

There needs to be a way to search for a solution to a problem, rather than just being referred back to the user manual. That doesn't address any particular problem; they are just overall instructions.

I would recommend also reaching out to OP and letting them guide you through the software. I would also recommend investing in the valuable training; it is a truly an investment.

I love the robust reporting capabilities and the ability to do appointment recalls. Everything is pretty seamless and helps us focus on patient care and engaging our patients.

This EHR is easy to use, with windows like capability and point and click accessibility.

The software has a very friendly interface that enables quick entry of information of patients and other records.

Demos are very nice and promised features sound wonderful.

I like the this is so great for my staff to speak with my clients. Having a streamlined product helps us get people in and out, but most of all, happy.

I like the ability to run various reports and lists related to patient care and patient information. OP Support is almost always quick to respond and resolves issues courteously and promptly.

The result is superior (and always appropriate) templates, great, beautiful growth charting, bright futures handouts build-in and developmental recommendations for specific patient visits.

It's windows-based (or modeled after windows) and perfect for pediatrics. The staff is extremely helpful, and their help desk is excellent.

Revenue reporting is very difficult to understand.

Very helpful with tracking task that need to be done for doctors visits so you can be organized.
