The best vendor I have ever worked with

I have been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. In that time, I have never worked with a better vendor. They are extremely responsive to all of our needs and they are always willing to help or move a customer "ask" into one of the next upgrades. I cannot day enough positive things about them

PROS

The customer support is key. When youbhave a need or a question they respond extremely quickly.

CONS

Nothing, they are always willing to find a solution regardless of if you need custom work or if you need them to be creative.

Telcor billing

Very positive. I truly like the ease of how to pull reports and manage the work que's

PROS

Easy to sort que's for work, reports are easily pulled for review, rules for different insurances are easily built for best process.

CONS

Nothing, I really like Telcor. Especially compared to our old billing system. We no longer have to manually enter secondary claim information.

Reasons for switching to TELCOR RCM

I believe the contract was up and the company was looking for a product that could be tailored more to what laboratory billing needs.

Not as much eligibility access compared to what we need.
