The best vendor I have ever worked with
I have been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years. In that time, I have never worked with a better vendor. They are extremely responsive to all of our needs and they are always willing to help or move a customer "ask" into one of the next upgrades. I cannot day enough positive things about them
PROSThe customer support is key. When youbhave a need or a question they respond extremely quickly.
CONSNothing, they are always willing to find a solution regardless of if you need custom work or if you need them to be creative.

Telcor billing
Very positive. I truly like the ease of how to pull reports and manage the work que's
PROSEasy to sort que's for work, reports are easily pulled for review, rules for different insurances are easily built for best process.
CONSNothing, I really like Telcor. Especially compared to our old billing system. We no longer have to manually enter secondary claim information.
Reasons for switching to TELCOR RCM
I believe the contract was up and the company was looking for a product that could be tailored more to what laboratory billing needs.

Review
For the most part it is going good. We are struggling with the eligibility aspect.
PROSA lot more automation then our last system.
CONSNot as much eligibility access compared to what we need.

I feel Telcor offers numerous modules for reporting, billing, and overall functionality for ease of billing processes and collecting.
CONSSome have said it almost offers too much.

The customer service. Service is prompt and feels like a family
CONSAll raw data is not pulled to write rules based on clearinghouse response. You can see the fields in the raw data but it does not show in fields to write the rules
