The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.

As an enduser I appreciate a clean and easy interface. Easy payments and bookings and canceling.

My overall experience with this app is great. It’s is very user friendly.

Besides the horrible service they have not kept up with technology.

This experience may also be attributed to trying to schedule massages where schedule management is difficult.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.

Product provides excellent documentation. Fairly easy to navigate.

I dislike Updating during business hours. Although its not frequent and happens for a short period of time  it slows the use of the program.

The money saved for the program does not outweigh the frustration and time spent fixing the problems.

I have tried Office Ally, DrChrono, Chirotouch and believe PayDC has the best understanding of efficiency and safety guards to meet compliance.

It is easy to use and has great features. Our billing and patient accounts are easy to access and the balances are easy to read.

Outstanding and both with customer service and the finished product.

When I am logged in, I receive multiple errors. The one error closes the entire program.

It does seem to crash quite often. Logging us out and not allowing us to sign back in for quite some time which can get frustrating, but we manage to work around it.

Another disappointment has been customer support. We find them slow to respond to questions and concerns and the company's training materials are limited.

In the more recent year and a half we have experienced little to no response from customer service when issues come up.

My experience has been great. Rep helps me with any questions I have and if he doesn't know the answer he will figure it out.

The staff is very helpful and good at addressing any issues you may have. The owner of the company is very involved and wants you to have only the best experience possible.

It is hard at a glance to see what the patient balance is. Also, the system does not account for an insurance discount in real time.

The customer support from my very first call has been Outstanding. It meant a lot to me to be able to talk to a person and not a machine, and they have all been extremely patient and helpful.

The training is scattered and difficult to coordinate/schedule.

They have a very knowledgeable staff that is there to help guide you and point you in the right direction. I love their FREE TRAINING and FREE WEBINARS, too.

The info is in the system, it's just not programmed to produce a report that could be used to manage money. There is no click and drag option in the appointment scheduler.

Poor compliance - the notes system automatically puts in details in your soap notes that make your notes inaccurate and potentially risk denials.

That it is so easy to use and has so many features that are great and make payDC unique and fantastic.

The systems does mend to errors that aren't really errors but actually patient based complaints. Insurance companies dictate what complaints to actually need of treatment.

We have experienced absolutely nothing but problems with PayDC, and the worst part was that nobody seemed to care about our terrible experiences.

The product is seamless less integrated for easy billing. Clearing house directly connects, great for billing.

They consistently improve on an already great product. It is fairly priced and support is always there for any issue or help navigating the system.

Love working with her because she's friendly, punctual and realistic about the overall process. You are lucky to have her on staff.
