The best software ever
As it was a on premises training is was most comfortable, the work was perfect, in fact there were areas we were making loss for example in the pharmacy, those have been corrected, and currently a smooth flow. All staff were 100% trained and well exposed to use the software very efficiently. thanks to MocDoc.
PROSI am able to integrate between all my departments the software is so vigilant that my profit ratio has go up by 30% we are able to maintain all patient database in a sequence, Earlier there was a difficulty on IT support and data. now it is comfortable and good
CONSStaff teaching and training was for 10 days, however that was mostly my staff issue on understanding.

I dint have any other product in mind as there was a good feedback on MocDoc

Software is very simple to use and has good customization. Customer support has been amazing. Priced very competitively. Seamless in usage.
CONSnot specifically designed for ophthalmology. However it has been customised significantly enough for a complete eye hospital.

Very Good(Rudraksha Hospitals)
Very easy to user. Support team and Implementation team is very helping. Very useful for Day to day work. MIS section is very good and useful.
CONS1. In IP main bill sometimes its asking for Discount remarks even when we have not given any discount.
