The customer service is incredible. They are very responsive to every request and have incredible attention to detail.

Overall good software for the cost, it seems to be in the early stages of production software. Has every feature you can think of, just some are harder to use or find.

I like the flow and how easy it is to navigate. I like the automation and how the entire system is connected.

Novo clinical is usually pretty straight forward and allows you to do a lot with your patient information other than just having it saved in the system.

The EHR company  customized my psychiatric evaluation and Progress notes.

I like that you can attach documents and mark on the forms, fax, and print them. Novoclinical allows you to have electronic communication with other admin and pharmacies as well.

I was using another EHR/Billing company and they were terrible with the billing aspect where claims were rejected and not handled properly.

The ability to customize it for what we do and it’s help with administrative organization. It’s helpful customer care staff.

Not much of anything bad I can say, because if I have an issue, it's taken care of immediately.

The team makes you feel like family. You don’t get brushed to the side and put on long holds like other companies.

It is working fine with multiple administrators working on the software simultaneously.

The speaking into chart is very easy to use and doesn’t get confusing like many other speaking software. It is easy to learn how to use and the personalized service you get makes all the difference.

They are fast, efficient, and make quality work. The team is patient and kind and help you learn catering to your own pace.

The ability to navigate easily is fantastic. Have a personal business relationship with IT is beyond anything I could have asked for.

The only negative thing is I wish I found them 2 years ago.

The patient portal is great patients can send a message to us from there. Tech support is always available when needed.

It is much more user friendly than other software I have tried. I bought Kareo one day before I met these guys and switched after the first conversation with them.

Overall, this electronic medical system has helped streamline our administrative price, organize our medical histories, and help staff keep track of patients and procedure dates.

Price: free if you don't need more than 1 electronic RX at once. Well laid out format that is easy on the eyes.

This program is awesome. Very user-friendly very self explanatory.

Not fully intuitive, but better than stories I have heard about many EMRs. Once set up, its decent with relatively customizable templates.

A  free certified software that is cloud based and very easy to use.

I like the fact that One Touch EMR offers a free Certified Software when other software companies charge a monthly and sometimes yearly subscription fee.

Two login's one for Admin and one for Provider. Too difficult to keep up with logins even to get started.

This software is great for a cloud based system with little to no cost. You will not find a cheaper option that gets the job done and the customer service has been great.

Excellent The support team walked me through each detail I am grateful for the time they spent with me. Their investment if time with me  told me it would be worth it.

Their Clinical Quality Measure reports are easy to generate and multiple users can be added to one primary account.

They have great templates you can customize or it's very simple to build your own. It's nice to finally have an EMR that makes sense to us - the ones who have to use it every day.

The super bills and patient summary is and pertinent negatives are also perfect and very easy to work with.

Text messages reminders don’t seem to work all the time which can be a little annoying.

The product itself is acceptable or good, at one point they were fairly responsive to user recommendations for changes.

Extremely difficult to understand. Tech support is extremely delayed and not enough.

I used an older version of this and it worked well. Easy to use, good quality, and conversion was simple.

Unable to cut and paste templates. Had to build templates by clicking buttons in different categories making transfer from my Practice Fusion more complicated than it could have been.

The fact that they have a free version is great for the low overhead office. They also have the ability to add just the features you want which allows you to only pay for things you will actually use.

They have a great training program that is a must with any new EMR. The staff also enjoys the ease of use for the product.

Cloud based, works fair with voice recognition, a bit more intuitive than other EMR's.

The instructional video says you should, even must, use first and last name for practice.admin, but set up that way leads to disaster.

One Touch has the ability to import and data from a Practice Fusion account directly into their platform.

Easy to use can access each pt file quickly and easily.
