Best Medical Software
This is by far the best EMR I've ever used. I run a cash PT clinic and it's perfect. It's totally modifiable to fit your needs. Additionally, [sensitive content hidden] has always been a great help with any questions we have. Excellent customer service!

MY PTE experience
My overall experience with PTEverywhere is good so far. I just began using it in March 2023 for a new (cash-based) practice we've created. We have used and still continue to use WebPT for another practice (insurance-based) we've had longer. So far, PT everywhere is certainly filling the requirements that we needed for this new cash-based practice. We're enjoying it so far overall.
PROSI love the fact that patients can self book. I like the fact that I can place an option on my website for booking. I like the customization features on the software, which makes it truly feel like your own.
CONSThe SOAP notes are a little annoying. I also don't love the document uploading aspect. It feels as though I cannot see all the other pertinent ancillary documents for a client (identification cards, intake forms, medication lists, etc). The system also takes some getting used to and is not as user-friendly as I would like.
Reason for choosing PtEverywhere
Too costly and required a contract commitment. PT everywhere was great because they offered a cheaper option for new practices that are just starting out with no commitment to stay passed 1 month. They also offered a discounted rate for practices with fewer than 10 clients/patients. These features are very important to me because our practices are small and still growing. Don't want to commit to something for so long and with a costly price option.

Great Software, but Not Intuitive
I love how straightforward the software is to use, as well as how everything is set up in one system.
CONSI don't love how expensive the fax option is (I can pay $8/month elsewhere). I also had a difficult time learning new things in PtEverywhere because it's not an intuitive software to use.

PTEverywhere is everything you need for a physical therapy practice!
This product is easy to use, learn and understand how to customize to your practice. It integrated well with our current practice setup and calendars. Client love the mobile app and how they can reschedule and schedule online independently.
CONSNo significant cons noted other than the character limit on the HEP entry options.
Reasons for switching to PtEverywhere
Liked the way PTE worked better than the others and we were a out of network cash based practice so we did not require insurance submittal at the time

Happy with the product. Glad I choose to go with them even though they are more expensive than others.
PROSIt has been easy to use and they are improving areas like reporting with functionality requests we submit
