  • Pros

  • Luminello is easy to you and has a shallow learning curve- it is a wonderful place to gather all the information necessary for patient files.
  • Customer support was also extremely responsive and helpful. I appreciated customer service by email, as responding to an email is much easier than making a phone call for me.
  • Cons

  • Integration with local labs is lacking if you do not use quest or labcorps. It also was hard to find ones own personal URL.
  • I had a problem e-prescribing on Friday due to purchase of new phone.

  • I love how creative I can be when planning treatment for my clients, whether it's managing behaviors or creating thorough and precise treatment objectives.
  • From discovery to implementation, above all the things I appreciate about this platform the customer service and support is like none-other.
  • Cons

  • The difficulties we experience are when our staff makes an error and the system blocks us from completing progress notes. However, this is an agency issue and not Noteable's.
  • Unfortunately, sometimes there are glitches because something else is open or something gets erased.
