This is a great product as long as you know exactly what it is. It is an excellent graphing, diagramming, and configuration management tool for network devices.

Its user friendly and speeds up troubleshooting 10 fold for us. The network maps are very detailed and its nice to launch a remote session out of Auvik.

The interface is quick, easy and intuitive. The map it creates is pretty and the ability to drill down through the devices is great.

The mapping, port discovery, configuration backups and overall ease of use are excellent.

Dives pretty deep and can do some amazing monitoring and scanning into networks. Definitely can help with looking into networks for basics and the intricacies for almost everything you're looking for.

Worth every penny at the clients where it is deployed.

It does such a good job at providing us with a dashboard to gain some insight into our switches and such and does so in a very pretty way.

Being forced to get advanced traffic insight licensing for all the devices on a tenant, when it makes sense to get it only for some of them. Also, being forced to a 40 nodes with basic licensing.

Portal is a bit slow to load, no native Hyper-V collector, a little complicated for learning how to administer, unable to embed or download visual map.

Historically, MSP's can be perceived as a threat to IT departments for fear of outsourcing their teams.

The speed of the web interface is frustrating at times and trend reporting is missing completely.

Too many knobs to turn can get into trouble is you over tweak and not understand what you are doing.

Auvik was the perfect mid-tier priced solution to get us in the door and still allow us the opportunity to grow into a global product that we could use at all of our locations.

It's easily worth the cost in time saved troubleshooting issues on the network.

Right now we are deploying the API to automate some processes, which will increase even more the value we are getting from Auvik.

We like the automated switch and firewall backups, and we love the network maps. We also really like that the software integrates with our PSA, and that we can onboard clients rapidly.

Allows a quick glance at the network with an easy method to search for devices in a complex network. Setup and onboarding was very streamlined and thorough.

A replay of user actions is the same as I did, looks amazing, like a video capture of the screen. Should help a lot to people/companies who work with UI/UX and would like to improve their web pages.

Good information is like IP address and analytics are there on right. It can be helpful in debugging some unreproducible errors and can be also helpful in finding marketing strategies for conversions.

The Left menu and search is very user-friendly also, I liked the filters, they are not visible at first, but once you get there it is easy to use and very useful.

German apm user session tracking functionality very useful, i also like features Analytics, Alerts and performance. Integration was so easy in any website.

I can pull data from a lot of different resources and monitor them which is just perfect. And this list of resources is impressive.

It helped my company to increase its business. Whenever we faced any issue the support team was very proactive and in no time my issues are solved, i am very happy with my purchase decision.

I did have trouble editing fields. It would not let me delete characters and I would have to remove the wizard and start over.

Different customization for monitoring configurations (like setting up hosts, HTTP Actions, etc.). Documentation is awesome and really helpful.

Too many options sometimes are not good because the user will confuse which option that suit their needs.

I liked the ability to view activities in real time, as well as the video mode of user actions on the site. I also liked the ability to integrate the service directly into Microsoft IIS.

Totally impressed by the variety of functionalities they provide. Also, happy to say that the satisfaction gained at the first browsing instance itself, gives a good idea of the functionalities.

Detailed and simple documentation for the app features. Great support team which doesn't charge anything extra.

The one thing that bothered is the overall UI across platform, in Wizards page all the features, buttons and texts are overlapping and not clear.

Lack of tutorial and no onboarding information. We have to guess and try the feature based on our instinct.

It is a software that will resolves issues in a timely manner. Very efficient and cost effective.

I like the idea of how germain made it easy to integrate their tool within the android application and the ability to use a customized dashboard only for the tools of my choice.

My overall experience with germain APM was very good and easy to use I will recommend to my colleges.

Germain should have mobile App, to send customer timely notification of some important data, change, error, events.

One downside of this apm is that some interface sections are not as simple or intuitive for the user's experience.

Also, I can ask the helps from the customer support without extra cost.

We really liked the convenience and their fair pricing. Their User Replay feature is great, it helped us save a lot of time on testing and figuring out the main cause of user-related issues.

The best part of the software is they are providing a demo which seems to be more reliable, I have a good experience working with them till now.

I saw a few errors, especially on the registration and login page. But this is very minimal.

Angular and React applications traffic can be easily monitored with embed javascript from Germainapm.I like the way its integrated out of box.
