I love the fact that I can access my notes from anywhere by logging into my gmail. Its easy to make notes which can be checked when finish.

What a strange little product--but I use it every day.

There are many features that are great in Google Keep including multi device sync, quick add feature and the ability to add documents and files. The interface is really clean and minimal.

What I like about this software is simplicity, ease of use, collaboration tools.

I'm very pleased with my time with Google Keep. It's good for quick, short notes or lengthy reminders.

The best of Google Keep are: Easy of use, free and cloud sync for all devices.

Embed option is missing. Organising your notes would not be that easy.

Great for notes taking whether by audio or text. Its great for a things to do list where you can just tick what was done and move on.

Easy to organise and prioritise meeting notes, colour options available and intuitive operation.

This could be the place to record every info that you think you have to come back and refer. The search is top notch and the integration with Google suite of apps is excellent.

One of the more useful features is you can include photos in your notes. On top of that, you can grab the image text.

I had some syncing issues in the past where it refused to sync with one device.

It stores very large notes, has terrific archival tools for unnecessary/older note threads and has so many customization options for anyone to enjoy for personal or organization reasons.

Ability to remind me of my schedules and ability to edit my to do list in real time.

Keeping these notes in specific files for each client is great.

Google does it best when it comes to Productivity or Content Management.

The only con I found is that the colors available for each note is limited. I wanted each category of note to have its own color but that wasn't possible based on this limitation.

The feature that i loved most about this app is the background setting feature where i can add pre-set pictures in the back of notes, it was great.

I love that Google Keep is free and can be easily integrated with other Google suite softwares. It is easy to use to take quick notes and/or to create a to-do list with dateline reminders.

I like the fact that Google Keep can be used effectively and efficiently to take notes, record voice memos, save images and drawings, and create interactive to-do lists.

It's good to experience a totally free and simple software like Keep that really help in tasks and note taking.

Acts buggy at times so not sure if it because of Chrome or the platform.

The only negative point to point out is related to the visual aspect of the platform. I think they could improve.

I can always go back, search and refer, or move my notes to other big apps with more bells and whistles. I love Keep for what it is at its core - easy to use and simple interface.

I mostly loved the simplicity of use and and it's productivity. Keep delivers what it promises.

It has a really simple and bad interface, you expect much better, especially when the brand is Google.

The most important part of Google Keep for me and my business was being able to upload documents and photos and it then be accessible to all my staff immediately whilst also keeping it safe.

I stopped using it because it didn't support google docs and because the sync storage was too limited.

I love that mendeley has both an online and offline version and they sync with each other. The tool is very light and integrates readily with libreoffice.

Mendeley and endnote are both easy to use, each has its own advantages and disadvantages.

In addition, mendeley synchronization capabilities seem to be limited.

This is a free reference manager with helpful browser integration. It's easy to install and has decent online literature to support its use.

I think the best thing about this is that its available for free.

The search function would crash. The desktop app was kinda ugly.

A lot of my fellow students, have a lot of problems trying to figure out how everything works.

I often encounter problems such as incorrectly titled, article year, etc., probably due to the written language of the file. I have to enter them all myself and of course I have to check.

Mendeley is a fantastic reference management tool that has greatly improved my productivity as a researcher.

The low cost is also a positive point, although there are other low cost alternatives and others with a higher cost but with better quality.

Mendeley has really helped my academic research works. Overall Mendeley is a great software which I highly recommend to anyone working on their research paper for citation purposes and many more.

Mendeley helps me stay organised as it manages all my pdf files seamlessly. Annotations options could be improved.

I dislike how when you add a new reference, you have to sync manually in the app and this is not done automatically.

Mendeley is an amazing low-cost solution for anybody who is looking for a reference manager.

Overall I am very happy with mendeley and can't think of using anything else for this purpose.

I love the Google Chrome and Microsoft Word plugins that allow you to quickly add a reference you found online and format citations automatically.

Also love how it makes collaborations easy by sharing projects with colleagues. It also allows for better organization of papers and their references.

As an earlier adopter to Mendeley, I benefitted by greater storage capacity. I was a strong advocate for Mendeley and used it constantly to collaborate with my research team for nearly two decades.

The interface is ugly, old and difficult to understand.

It's not the easiest to use, nor is it a tool that despite being difficult makes up for the learning curve.

The only advantage of using this tool is that it is a well-known tool that is used around the world in the academic world, and is therefore a good alternative for cooperating with teams.

It was free and offered a lot of great functionality (word plug-in) but over the years I noticed that the support has become less and less robust and the interface has gotten very buggy.

The application is free, so it is available to almost everyone, and it is easy to use, as it is enough to practice it a little to master it.

The only downside is that sometimes Mendeley is unable to extract all the necessary paper information automatically, such as the authors and date, and requires manual input.

It also feels good to be able to separate them in the folder. With the Chrome extension, I can save files that I access from different sites in a short time with a single click on Mendele.

Considering the value and features, I would still recommend using this software as it has great acceptance among the researchers and publishing company.

I have used Mendeley as a researcher for months now. It's ability to manage sources and bibliographies is a god-send especially for people like me who researches a lot regarding related literature.

Can’t recognize existing references- annoying. Need to double check the citation manually- frequently the citation vol issue etc. will be erroneous.

I also like that you can download citations in different formats (.ris, etc) and can drag and drop into Mendeley desktop for a quick import. It works well with Word to add references while writing.

It helps with organization, too, because notes are always stored with the document. Great tool for students.
