Excel is fun and allows the user to get creative. It's perfect for budgets and I love using it to tell a story to my managers regarding the current project.

I love the ability to sort my data however I need to see it. It helps me see the data I need quickly, and in turn, helps me make the decisions I need to make.

It can also be hard sometimes to figure out your mistake when something is not working right in the program.

Just one thing what I dislike is, that amount of dates is limited. After 60000 numbers pivot does not work.

I like the flexibility and ease of integration with other Microsoft Office products. I enjoy the ability to use both on a computer and on mobile devices.

It's great for creating quick forms, keeping track of things, and terrific for lists because of the ease of using the sort feature.

Sometimes this software gets hang and crash due to which I have lost some information i captured so we can check that.

Ease of use, customer support being company, the common user. Various softwere training courses, due to their popularity around the world, indispensable softwere.

Customer support through Microsoft has been excellent. I have called them several times, and every time has been quick, easy, and helpful.

I love the most is when doing budgeting sheets you can select all and it will give you a grand total at the end.

The best experience was using multiple sheets capturing different information and pulling info for calculations from each sheet to display on a final page was super helpful in presenting to customers.

You can be doing a function properly and maybe get a bit frustrated, and the only problem is that the software needs to be reopened.

Excel's greatest value is its ability to be many things for many people. I would say 90% of the people I've seen use Excel only use about 10% of its capabilities, and it's great for that.

Microsoft excel is an amazing app that helps me to save the hassle of manually doing accounting. It helps me create tables and charts with ease.

But, this is a very minor complaint and has never affected my productivity. I can not think of anything else that I dislike about this software.

It has been a good experience so far and I think it will continue to be useful as we integrate more of our data in to excel.

The integrated function an formulas are awesome. And the pivot table is so so great.

It is very practical, very useful to say the least, not matter how good your tech skills are, you always go back to Excel, it is so simple and easy to use, and very smart and useful.

Whenever I encounter errors, Excel doesn't pinpoint the exact error sometimes making it hard to figure out the error in your formula.

I like the ease of use and I like that most people use it so that it can be shared with others easily. It also helps a lot with organization.

It does become a bit frustrating when updates come over and change the way you do a process. I hate to relearn something I have been doing over and over.

Streamlining all the data is amazing and the ease of sharing the documents on the cloud is wonderful as well.

Sometimes when I've made a mistake in a formula that I've created, I have a hard time figuring out where the mistake is.

Overall, Excel has proved to be a wonderful software for community-based research where compiling, analyzing, and showing data and results are very important.

There are several additional and variable constraints that make capacity planning software consistently fail.

It integrates with Outlook, so tasks can be emailed to responsible staff. The export to PDF is great for sharing a snapshot of all the tasks in the entire project along with the Gantt Chart.

User-Friendly and easy to navigate. With little instruction, our special events director was able to set up the events with mininal assistance.

After all of them have shown their limits, I have tried Rationalplan for multiple projects and found it so easy to use. I was especially happy to see that it fully works with MS Project files.

It was easy to use which is important because many of our end users need to get up and running quickly without a huge learning curve for all the bells and whistles.

I found this software a very good alternative to MS Project, cost is very fair.

Good management plan, easy to convert to other platforms.

In RationalPlan I am pleased to say that the default is Fixed Units, the changes which do not have an impact on the duration. Customer support I have found is excellent having used it several times.

It is also easy to integrate and manage multiple projects. Scheduling and tracking of tasks is also a plus with this product.

Trying to fit a gantt chart and data columns onto an A4 or A3 can always be a frustrating exercise, which ever software package you are using.

Easy to use, very user friendly and excellent for project planning purposes.

If I have a problem with MS project I can usually just google the problem and find something on a forum.

Support has also been terrific, quick replies, friendly and right there when you need them. We use both Multi and Single versions.

I have used Rationalplan for a few years now and been extremely happy with it. It covers all my project management needs.

It was easy to use and provided the best results. Professor did help but everything seemed easy after this software was started to used in the class.

It is excellent value for money and the updates just keep rolling in so that I always have the most current version. One of the best software purchases I have ever made - a great investment.

Printing is also beautiful and it is excellent as handout materials. It is the point that it is easier and easier to read materials than anything else.

It has been a great addition for our special events and maintenance projects.

I can't belieave how super easy it is to plan out complex projects with this powerful software. I use it for all my projects.

And for this great software, the price is really afordable. Super, thanks for your great work.

I am using Rational Plan as a MS Project substitute and have greatly benefitted by all its features. It helped me manage the tasks better.

Native to the Mac, good interface and easy to use.

Easy to track different speeds of teamwork. Great software and excellent value for money.

All in all I cannot say enough about this software and company. The support staff is extremely responsive and friendly.
