I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

Cinc Systems has been great it has taken my company to the next level. It has also allowed us to cut my accounting dept in 1/2 and put those employees in other rolls to help grow our company.

Intuitive most of the time and the integrations are industry leading. The accounting portion is fantastic.

CS is very supportive via their Case submittals, training videos, webinars and annual conferences. CS listens to customers suggestions and implements the improvements for all customers to enjoy.

The ability to use this software so quickly from anywhere and any device is awesome. We are able to answer our customers requests quickly and completely from wherever we are is awesome.

The numbers are wrong, the bank conversion that was required to go with it was a nightmare. We are extremely behind because of the lack of training.

The software was easy to use and cost efficient. The company is constantly developing and redeveloping the product to keep up with our needs in the management industry.

If you are in the association management business you already know software is the backbone of what we do. Do not go cheap, you will regret it.

I do feel that the interface can feel outdated at times, but I also know that CINC is continuously taking steps to update the functionality and overall use to best fit the needs to their clients.

Poor customer service and VERY poor maintenance tracking.

Love the ability to access from anyway with internet access.

Access either from desktop or cloud designed to customization and best-in-class functionality. Excellent automated workflow process if the initial setup is done properly.

Violation module is difficult to setup or use form majority of users.

The robust functionality,  the intuitive interface, the easy integration with banking all combine to  produce an experience worth writing home about.
