  • Pros

  • This is a team of people that truly care about your success. They listen to your suggestions, they want your feedback, and they may even implement your ideas and features.
  • From the start I was impressed with the level of customer service and quick answers to my questions. The training I received was excellent.
  • Cons

  • Not only did they take my suggestion seriously, but they also told me that they would pass the request along to their development team to get that change on the schedule.
  • Not sure I'm supposed to know it but I guess that option is coming).

  • The budget tracking along with the invoice, contract, and COI tracking is excellent. The system is intuitive to use and generates helpful data and graphs.
  • I love that it allows for a quick review of financial data with backup available at the click of a button.
  • Cons

  • There is no financial reporting capabilities integrated into the software.
  • Overall I have always had a very positive experience while using Northspyre but if there was one thing that I struggle with I would say it is Report Builder feature.
