Great, easy to navigate platform, and the reporting features are similar to more expensive similar software I have used in the past. I wish it was integrated with the PetScreening platform.

DoorLoop is so easy to use, I literally needed no training.

Overall I’ve been very pleased with the ease of use in setting everything up. It was a very similar process to quickbooks so everything translated over nicely.

The best part is, doorloop works exactly like QBO, so it's very familiar to all of us and required very little training.

Accounting is super easy to use and runs very robust reports. Also the design and user-interface were both clearly well thought-out – intuitive for sure.

Overall, my experience has been great with DoorLoop. Is a simple, robust and cost effective solution to manage rental properties.

Lack of simple owner statements to provide to owners on a monthly/yearly basis - however, I am told this feature is being added very soon.

Wish screening would also be free, but I understand if it costs money. I just charge my tenants for it and no one has complained.

Sometimes I get confused about where a certain feature can be found and I have to mess around. I think that is me, not the program.

Plus the software is so BEAUTIFULLY designed. By far the nicest, newest, and easiest to use.

There is no financial reporting capabilities integrated into the software.

The budget tracking along with the invoice, contract, and COI tracking is excellent. The system is intuitive to use and generates helpful data and graphs.

It has streamlined the approval process for our project invoices and allowed for clean and consistent tracking of project budgets and expenses.

I love that it allows for a quick review of financial data with backup available at the click of a button.

I am satisfied with Northspyre and impressed with the services available with this software.

Overall I have always had a very positive experience while using Northspyre but if there was one thing that I struggle with I would say it is Report Builder feature.

Northspyre is easy to use and very helpful for organizing information, setting up budgets, and compiling reports that easy to use and read. It has helped make my job easier within my company.

I might not be aware of it, but it's challenging to project future costs. Uploading Change Order proposals and then the formal Change Order gets messy.

It's a relatively easy software to navigate and user friendly. I like that it's web based and users can log in from anywhere.

Back end support to enter data is very helpful. Customer support has been great in helping us learn the product and use it in a meaningful way.

The reporting is fantastic for our Investor Relations team and has allowed me to delegate more and focus on high-level tasks.

This is probably a question more for the development team. I typically just run reports and export to bill.com which I've had no major issues with.

Our development team likes the ease of putting together draw packages. They also enjoy that Northspyre's team assists in coding and breaking out the GC invoices.

The software is an excellent budget management tool for any real estate developer. It is an excellent tool to manage the draw process, track project budgets, and manage performance.
