So far I have requested two customizations are the answers I am having is that there are no resources available. We stated that we are going to pay for these customizations.

I use it on daily basis and its quite user-friendly. I use it for my time recording and expenses and it's a good software to use.

You can't beat the cost compared to others out there. Support is very good and quick.

Some time some bugs occurs which and add wrong entires in system. One of bug in system is selecting currency when creating task which is by default set to default currency set in the admin option.

It is very user friendly - so training staff was minimal. Set up, as in any new software program, was a bit intensive, only because we have a lot of projects with a lot of tasks assigned to them.

Xishan is a great person to have working at LiveTecs. Thank you to Xishan and LiveTecs for making your product such a success.

We have had some minor issues and questions and support has done an outstanding job getting those fixed and answering our questions. Very quick too which is a good surprise.

More Videos and Documentation - Don't like the layout of it - Seems terrible.

There is a learning curve but this software can likely be configured to suit most requirements. Company is very accommodating with quick support.

Simplicity user friendly admin friendly feature management is nice. Easy reporting system and approval mechnism.

Support was absolutely fantastic, patient and determined to not leave a problem unresolved.

Install can be difficult for non computer savvy.

They did a great job assisting in the upgrade to add a new feature we needed. We've had a good experience since the preview of the product.

The experience was quick and easy, and the Timelive expert was brilliant and extremely helpful - they showed me step-by-step how to make the changes that I needed.

I like that we can build estimates and track a project from beginning to end. All costs go in and are automatically available for invoicing at markup rates.

The only downside I have had is not being able to customize the software's reports at my level to the needs.

Our firm project leaders are excited about abilities and integrations.

What I like the most about this software is the ease of exporting reports to excel.

It makes it easy to manage and organize projects.

The one downside is that it does not have  a payroll application. If you do in-house payroll, you will need a separate software to run along side InFocus.

I am extremely happy with Clearview Infocus. They have been amazing in their customer service department and help when I need it with trouble shooting.

It is a very easy software to learn and use. I have been using since 2010, and it has progressively gotten better and better.

Clearview Infocus offers a lot of nice features to improve the project workflow, and save you a lot of time.

Ease of use and the  support of the product is great.

InFocus is so easy to use and straight forward. If there is something that I don't catch onto right away, the Clearview support team is always ready to help and quickly help resolve the issue.

With over 16,000 historical projects and a current work in process in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, we matched to the penny. Working with them is a pleasure.

Brock came out and did a great job meeting with us and helping to build customized tools for our team to best utilize the software.

It is easy to pull data out of InFocus in a myriad of formats and easy to customize reports. Clearview's client support is also great - easily accessible with a highly responsive support team.

It takes many clicks to get to move a time ticket to where it needs to be when entered in the wrong location.

This product has many bells and whistles. The integration between the opportunity (marketing) through proposal to accounting is pretty good.

Whether I need a custom report made quickly or training on a new release item they've just put out, it is comforting to know that I'm always going to be taken care of quickly.

The greatest pro for  this product is just how user friendly InFocus is.

Dealing with customer service and conversion teams. It was a terrible experience.

It is more realistic in making  the plans and budgets to implement in project promotions. Excellent support staff too.

Our employees pick up time entry very easily with InFocus. Its also great that employees can monitor their own PTO accruals, seeing all that they've accrued and used throughout the year.

For a small firm like ours, InFocus is very affordable, yet has all the functionality that we can function like a medium to large firm from a financial perspective.

It has all the blows a whistles SAP has to offer. For me, it was very important that InFocus had strong internal controls in order to preserve the integrity of the data.

They provide excellent software support as well as accounting solutions. The integration between the project management and accounting functions is seamless.

The Dashboard is great and I love how I can configure it to exactly what I need.
