In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

This POS system is extremely outdated, difficult to use, and not user-friendly.

The software itself was VERY easy to use and train new employees on. Very simplistic and straight forward.

Now we not only support it, but we recommend it to all of the local bard, and restaurants in our area.

They only care about getting there monthly fees.

Dependency on server connection to maintain pos uptime. Server provided is generally poor quality and would crash constantly.

Shift 4 is in a bad turmoil at the present time because they have a major problem in processing on line payments.

I Just signed up with another POS company. And wasted money on Restaurant Manager.

Very disappointing in Restaurant Manger and Shift 4.

It has everything you would need for a growing business. But good luck implementing it with no help from tech support.

The most important factor is that Restaurant manger and Shift 4 has no explanation for the error and the customer service is terrible.

Ui is fine but dependence on outdated hardware is a boon.

Positive experience for sure. It got the job done and served its purpose.

As I said, I used this for over 20 years, the problem is that the software never changed or evolved in that 20 years.

They have no answers for the issue and have offered nothing to all there customers for there losses.

Visually it’s terrible, many other software options are a lot better. It is VERY basic and unattractive.

Very disappointed in the effort to fix problems.
