Booqable is overall, super helpful and organized. I love how easy it is to use and I would recommend it to anyone.

Well priced for the functionality, genuine customer service and easy to use. It's also the sort of place I'd like to work if I was in the right country.

The inability to be able to upload documents (contracts) into Booqable is pretty inconvenient.

I love how easy to use this software is and it meets all of my business's rental needs. The payment and return feature is great.

Can't track inventory for consumables and stop if they run out. Kinda expensive for a limited feature set.

Customer service has been amazing. Has guided me for many months and I felt comfortable changing systems from a Canadian Company.

Not all of our employees understand what's happening in the program and they do make mistakes when handling an order.

Also integrates well with other software. We really like the design and interface and how user friendly the program is.

So far that is my main complaint. It is only designs for a brick and mortar shop when so many rental shops are online now.

Support has been excellent & I was able to integrate it with my Wordpress site.

The system does a great job ensuring we do not overbook our products.

It keeps track of my inventory available for rent and it is very intuitive. They give you a good walk through the software prior to a trial and are very informative and personable.

But what I like most about Booqable is its Zapier integration and ability to embed store components directly into my Squarespace site.

Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

I really like this integration of Microsoft and the way it is set up to help expand on project and business management.

Honestly the cost is considered acceptable, the level of help and support is very good, Microsoft is more and more surprising for a better future.

It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option. I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.

I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money.
