  • Pros

  • We used a much less satisfactory solution before finding Teckst, and our agents were thrilled when they were introduced to the Teckst set up. The customer service is exceptional.
  • The fact that it is seamlessly integrated with our Desk.com account allowed us to train our team of agents quickly and the learning curve was minimal. That was key to our success here.
  • Cons

  • The only thing we have in the form of a complaint (cuz there arent many) is the price.
  • In general there is no negative point since they comply with what they promise. What I can comment is that I find it a bit expensive.

  • Its easy to use and organized, can add multiple users which helps.
  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • One issue that I do have with text request is that once someone opts out you can no longer contact them even in the case where you've made contact and they want to receive messages from you.
