  • Pros

  • Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.
  • Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.
  • Cons

  • I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.
  • However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

  • They are able to simply log in and test the quality of their mic and video prior to appointment to ensure a quality and secure telehealth appointment.
  • I love how they have a free option if you don’t use the products as often as others. I love that it’s so easy to send the link to your clients.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes based on internet service providers, the service can be slow. But this is an outside problem.
  • Sometimes the connection is bad but I don't think it's a software problem it's usually the person on the other end has bad internet.
