So far I have found Blink a good app and a lot  better than apps I’ve used previously it has everything I need to keep me fully informed.

Announcements CAN look pretty good if shared graphically.

Ease of use and the ability to get information out as often as needed and the reach that it provides. Staff can access and consume at a time that suits them.

This product is easy to use and feel like a part of a community in the company.

I am not sure if many others within my organization use the Chats feature since there are already so many other tools and applications that provide that functionality for us.

A user friendly platform for our multi national team.

It is easy  to use and is a very effective way of communicating with the wider office team, tracking various projects.

Simple IM app and the newsfeed like appearance of the home page. Some limited integrations, calendar works well.

However, we would rather use Blink for messaging and sharing than go to product that was a unified platform but a poorer experience.

While I’ve been on furlough Blink has been a godsend. It keeps me up to date on all news from my colleagues who are still working.

Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly.

We had teething issues to start regarding invites, where someone will try to join but will be stuck in an endless loop.

My only criticism is that when on boarding you have to them re enter the employee to add there details such as payroll information.

The team at Blink are always quick to respond, listen to feedback and suggestions for future features. Integration with some business applications have been useful for daily updates.

Lack of ability to share files properly limos use severely and the ‘hub’ feature is too basic as it does not allow the creation of pages to view only upload of docs.

Fine for communications, lacking in other features.

We're still playing around with the features but so far after less than a month we are happy with what we are working with.

I'm looking forward to the getting an update to enable messages to be sent after being offline, this would enable. Me to use offline and keep up to date with chats.

When there isn’t clear-cut communication, assumptions run wild and morph into rumors or beliefs, which are often exaggerated or false.

We've found the chat functionality is particularly useful and has cut down our email traffic significantly. It's a great way to get quick information out to the right people, at the right time.

They are able to simply log in and test the quality of their mic and video prior to appointment to ensure a quality and secure telehealth appointment.

I love how they have a free option if you don’t use the products as often as others. I love that it’s so easy to send the link to your clients.

The simplicity - it's great that the client does not need to download and install anything - not all clients are very computer savvy.

Sometimes based on internet service providers, the service can be slow. But this is an outside problem.

This software is great for the non-techie [any client I have who is not and me too. Easy to use AND easy to explain to my clients for them to use - a huge plus.

Doxy is a perfect solution for a solo practice psychotherapist needing to work online.

Sometimes the connection is bad but I don't think it's a software problem it's usually the person on the other end has bad internet.

It can be buggy sometimes and suddenly stall or stop in the middle of a therapy session.

I love that it is free while still being a HIPPA compliant platform. It has let me grow my business and has helped mitigate the costs.

This is a super simple browser-based application that gets you connected with your provider in a snap. I like that it's simple and intuitive.

My patients have been fairly satisfied with our telehealth care delivery this week, and the platform is easy to use from the provider side.

Sometimes there are lags but that might have more to do with my internet connection.

Customer service is excellent and responsive. My patients to dot have to download software.

You can use it for free, and the paid plans are very reasonable. They offer discounts if you do a low volume of telehealth calls a month.

If either the user or the consumer does not have a good internet connection, it may result in blurry and lagging pictures may be blurry or simply dropped connections.

We used this software twice during the pandemic to visit with my dad's cardiologist, it was so easy to use and the quality was great.

Poor customer service access even for premium/paid service and frequent loss of service completely. I would say it drops more than half of my sessions and I have to finish by phone.

One of the things I most like about this software is the clients using it do not require an account. As a therapist, I appreciate privacy and the HIPPA compliance.

Clients love the simplicity and the virtual waiting room. I am using the free version and it's excellent.

I also love that there is a free version, which is great for providers who want to try it and see if it works for them.

It's free, it's secure (HIPAA compliant), and it works reliably, albeit not always perfectly, with the occasional hiccup or freeze.

Once in a while we will have a problem with connectivity but I believe that is more on our end than theirs.

I have been pleased with the customer service I have received as an individual utilizing this platform and would like to upgrade when I am able, especially if distanced PT services remain necessary.

It was recommended by my agency to utilize for Telehealth counseling sessions. My clients and I love the ease of use.
