Helpdesk folks are amazing. Opportunities for improvement are with customization of the user interface and enhancing their single sign on capability.

It is difficult to add non-contiguous spaces to a neighborhood and managing rules can be challenging. Room reservations made in Outlook don't always sync back to iOffice, resulting in conflicts.

Unfortunately we have dealt with constant bugs ever since we started using this product over a year ago.

The ability to automatically route issues to the correct operator has dramatically decreased our response time to issues. Mobile applications help us capture more work orders.

If your looking for a lot of option and would like customization this is a great product.

TRAC has almost everything you need for fleet, space and time management. Modules are easy to use and arranged in a  way to make basic job completion effective and efficient.

I like that it integrates well with other systems that we may have in place, and I really enjoy that the system is highly configurable. IOffice as a vendor is also great.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Support teams for development & implementation are fantastic.

Space module is good for searching floor plan + helped massively when we want to reorganise the office and change up our different spaces.

What is like most about the software is the interactive seating chart & asset tracking.

The pinger takes a while to load and then it disappears. The mobile conference room finder still needs a bit of work.

The reason we selected iOffice was because of it's friendly user interface and overall pricing.

Maintenance of floor plans is tedious: does not support xRefs in CAD files, SoftSpace only runs on PC/Windows, floor plans cannot exceed 999kb or it will load really slowly.

Mergers have resulted in poor customer service and products.

I like the ease of use-and lately-since Eptura took it over-the customer service has been quickly responded to and quickly resolved.

I enjoy the product's ease of use. I like that it's modern and intuitive, and I like that you don't have to be very technical to use it.

It is a very easy sytem to use and keep up with. The Enginners that we have on our team, enjoy it, easy to use.

Installed quickly, if your familiar the this type of software then you can use this seamlessly. Otherwise user friendly.

I like to see that all of the information is being captured live. I also like that I can go into the system day or night from home or on a trip because the system is web-based.

I cannot speak from a facilities perspective. But I was a bit disappointed on the overall value/usability of the mobile conference room finder and the seat finder.

In particular, Insights has greatly improved the quality and production time of our reporting.

It can be a bit pricey, a few feature are missing that i would prefer to have. It can also be hard to find the software in a physical format.

I have enjoyed using this software with my space planning needs. I like how they are always wanting to better themselves and really care what the customer thinks.

The Space module and Move module are excellent and have drastically enhanced our ability to manage our global portfolio.

They have been great partners is helping us develop the dashboards and reports we need to manage service delivery.

We like the fact that we can tie in all our main functions like asset management, package tracking system, visitor check in system and our space manager system all under one umbrella.

We now successfully scan licenses to look for offenders while also providing a detailed visitor log to know who is in the building at all times.

We feel much safer as a school now that we use this software. I love the custom reports we can run.

Fantastic, easy to use and totally worth every penny.

The software allows us to update the students and change sign in/out options to best speed up the process of the user/student signing in/out without using paper/pencil/pen.

Not much in-house support is needed. Technical support is excellent.

The ability to check in/out kids and adults with ease. Also like the ability to  refuse people entry  without creating a scene or embarassing them.

More PowerSchool integration would be good as we will get more bang for our buck.

The software is user friendly, and that is important to me.

We needed a solution that would be reasonable in cost, flexible with features, and would enhance our security offering within the district.

There are a lot of options to choose from when setting up the software. So the setup process can be confusing at first.

I love that this software can be integrated so that staff can get reports directly from the computer based off the parents and staff signing in.

We purchased a driver license scanner and this doesn't work half the time. I have been totally frustrated with this program this year.

Overall, the software is great. I do believe that as the system continues to grow it will only get better for the schools.

Software is very user friendly; not complicated at all once you have the proper training on it which they offer.

I like the ease of using this program. You able to custom fit it to your needs.

Occasionally the printers for the labels will jam. When this happens, it is very hard to remove the stuck label from the rollers.

The customer service is exceptional. I love being able to run custom reports.

I like the fact that Ident-A-Kid keep us updated on changes they make and appreciate the webinars to help understand the software better.

This software is easy to use and I love the safety and piece of mind it gives me about tracking visitors in schools. The steps are easy to follow even for first time users.

If anything with all the problems we have had and lack of communication with Ident - a -Kid and not returning our phone calls for help I would rather go back to paper.

I like it but would like it to be a little more flexible.

It delivers what was promise and what we expect on a daily basis. Its simple interface makes it very easy for our users to navigate.

You may have to wait to have someone assist you with your problem, or you can call in to the customer service staff in the home office.

I like that we can pull up the software on our desk and see who is in the building and what method was used for entry. Also, support is just a click away which is very helpful.
